I'm a computer guy myself but when my harddrive stopped spinning, I knew it was really bad. Working with Ephraim was great. He diagnosed my crashed harddrive within the day and gave me an accurate assessment of what needed to be done. Within the week, he had everything fixed and all my data restored, approximately 40GB worth. He worked extremely hard and performed the tasks for the agreed upon price. When you go to a data recovery company, you have no idea if they will try to hold your data hostage. Other companies may give you an estimate, work on your drive, then tell you it is going to cost you more. And if you try to go somewhere else, they may delete your data. So be careful wherever you go. But from my experience with Ephraim at Sherlock Data Recovery, he was honest and hardworking. His prices are very competitive and well worth it for the valuable data that you will get back.
