I have recommended the Nutrition Twins book to many people who have given me positive feedback. The reason I suggested the book is because it is easy to follow and makes sense for every day life. It is the easy guide to weight loss. The trick is that one has to follow it precisely; not just part of it, all of it. The ideas, recipes, and food suggestions (whole wheat pasta and pizza) are so interesting and tasty. When I first started the book, I hadn't eaten as many vegetables and foods (grilled eggplant, asparagus, shitake noodles) as I do now. In addition, I cook more - which can be a lot of fun. The book is friendly and easy to use - but it's only good when followed. The Nutrition Twins however are so approachable and actually make dieting fun; keeping a food diary, monitoring weight, and having new food combinations with every meal; healthy ones. The only thing is that once you get started, you may start evaluating how other people eat (to yourself of course) and think how horrible it is - - but it will only make you feel better about yourself. I have always struggled to lose weight. It's been a life-long battle for me, something that's always been weighing me down, both physically and mentally. I've tried everything! Every diet out there, you name it, I've done it. I was beyond frustrated by diets that didn't work and by my constant battle with the scale. This is all in my past now, as I am forever grateful to a friend of mine who referred me to the fabulous Nutrition Twins. They helped me to lose the weight once and for all. And the best part? It's not a struggle for me at all! They taught me they way to eat, and I still enjoy the foods I love. I'm never hungry, always have tons of energy and have never looked or felt better. The Nutrition Twins encouraged me every step of the way, never making me feel bad about myself when I'd have a slip up or have a bad day. They were my cheerleaders, guiding me and motivating me. They truly changed my life. And they will change yours too. I highly recommend them. You won't be sorry!

When I needed to lose those last 10 lbs, I needed someone who could help me with a solid plan! I met with the Nutrition twins and they were so friendly and really helped me with a menu that was flexible and based upon my food likes and dislikes. You will not meet a more enthusiastic pair!

Seeing the Nutrition Twins was the best decision I have ever made! Their positive, can-do approach to losing weight and maintaining a healthy lifestyle to keep it off motivated me and was so helpful. They created menu plans for me that were realistic - they were within my budget and also accounted for the fact that I have to eat out with clients. I lost weight and have been able to keep it off! Tammy and Lyssie provided the moral support and knowledge I needed - and helped me transform my life - literally! I am grateful to the Nutrition Twins and highly recommend them to ANYONE who wants to lose weight.
