Amazing self defense class

I attended a self defense class there taught by Dawn Sardiñas. Dawn is an excellent teacher, she is fully engaged and powerfully connected. She is great with all levels from the beginners to advanced. The class was packed with tons of helpful information which would serve most from the novice to the master. I left feeling empowered and prepared. ABSOLUTELY worth the money and the time. Tell your friends.
