Best Spa/Salon in NY! Best Facial- ask for Ramona! You can't go wrong here! Pricey but WELL worth it!!

Though the Cornelia Day Resort has long been considered one of the city's most luxe day spas, it never really had a place for nail services alongside its roster of skin and body treatments. Enter Polished: The sparse, modern salon occupies one large, sunny room on the spa's first level, and is outfitted with plush mani/pedi stations (six of each) done up in clean whites and chocolate browns. Clients enjoy extras like heated lavender neck pillows, wine and gourmet treats along with their classic, signature and for him services. The signature option includes a tea soak, aromatic scrub and a bottle of your polish color to take home.

Hits: The quiet, well-appointed space and upscale vibe help elevate nail grooming to a spa-like experience.

Misses: Higher prices make this more of an indulgence than a place for weekly maintenance.
