We live on the lower east side of Manhattan and have 2 cats. We are new to Tom but so far he has delivered superb service. Thoughtful, on-time, dependable. We recommend highly.

I have a pet with special needs (medication) and I feel absolutely confident and secure when he's in Tom's care. I'd recommend Tom's Pets NYC to all my friends with pets!

I have an old dog who refuses to go with anyone but me. However, Tom completly gained his trust and I am able to relax and get back to my free lance busines.. I have never met anyone who takes such time with Sandy. It frees me from all the worry and frustration with how to give Sandy with what she needs and fulfill my own needs. Great Job Tom.

I am a big fan of Tom's services. He is reliable and my dog Teddy adores him. One of his best and unique offerings is that he can come to help with walking my pup when my work schedule or weekend schedule changes last minute. I haven't found this offering with other dog walking services. I recommend Tom to anyone who loves his/her pet and wants he pet to have a good time too when you can't be there to do it yourself.

I go away on trips every so often. I am always concerned with how my two cats are doing and if the person who claims they will take care of them is actually doing so. When I found Tom I was able to find my peace of mind while I was on my vacations. He is professional and knowledgeable of the pets he looks after. The first time he came over to meet my two cats and wanted to know everything he possibly could need to know. While I was away he sends me email updates and videos of my little guys. I know that they are in great hands with Tom and would recommend him to anyone. Teddy and Benji love him as well :)
