Demonstrated superior customer service and Good Vans

Our company ALL STAR Fabrics has had a long standing relationship with Image 15 Passenger Van Rentals

The service and knowledge of the agents have been stellar but I would like to take the time to personally commend one particular agent, Maureen at the JFK Kennedy Airport Queens location has demonstrated superior customer service and product knowledge.

I visit the branch on an average of 3 to 4 times a week and every time that I have served by Maureen has been one enjoyable experience.

Her personality and customer service skills represent Image's overall professional business attitude.

Herbert has done an excellent job at managing the JFK Airport NY location and we continue to look forward to maintaining a long lasting business relationship with Image Rent a Car and Van Rentals.

Big Help with a Large Family Vans and Corporate vans !

Driving Info for 15 Pax Vans:

Anyone can drive it, you don't need a special license and its a great way to go with a few friends to all the nice places around From Orlando Florida, Miami WPB Ft Lauderdale Orlando trip to Disneyland, Atlantic City in New Jersey Six Flags Great Adventure, Washington DC New York and Connecticut.

it is Fuel efficient and It doesn't use a lot of gas. We got probably 19-22 miles a gallon.

Full Size Vans FORD, Chevy or Dodge Fifteen passenger vans (Clubwagon) have dual air condition. Great for Family trips and back to school travel!!!

Also take a look at their HIGH Top Luxury Vans and HIGH Top Dodge Sprinter Vans 12 Passengers

Highly Value Customer Loyalty

My company has now rented from Image Rent a Car for the past 3 years now in both New York and Miami for fundraising events that we organise, for both large passenger vans and luxury rentals. They always provide us with quality vehicles at a very competitive price and know how to keep long term customers coming back. We are especially fond of two of their employees, Josh and Marcy, who have always valued our customer loyalty and still continue to offer us the highest level of customer service and professionalism. While in New York Tri State Area. THIS is an Excellent Place to Hire a 15 Person Van

On our last trip from London to New York City we hired a 15 person car from here.

1st we were skeptical but when the gentleman was waiting for us with the 2008 ford e350 clubwagon at the Laguardia airport we were very happy especially since it was 9:30 pm on Thursday and where we would find a place to rent a large van for all of our luggage or even a shuttle bus in new york.

Anyway the service was RATE 100% the 15 person van was NEW, the rate was 125.00 per day which is actually not more then 95 Eu. I Give them 98% Satisfactory.

Will defiantly use image again 1-718-995-3723

Hello,

I am writing to let you know about 10 satisfied customers..ME AND MY FAMILY! Please see attached photos of the gan g with the van.

We recently traveled to Myrtle Beach, SC in one of your Dodge Sprinter Van(mini bus??)..Great experience_ very spacious,comfortable and surprisingly fuel efficient.

During our road trip many people asked me "What the heck is that monster?"..a few wanted to know where we rented it and some wanted to look at the passenger cabin and the amazing trunk space..one wanted to know the size of the engine and the displacement (now how would I know that?).

The service provided by Josh (he answered all my questions and booked my reservation), and Marcy, who did all the registration and paperwork (with a smile and a sunny attitude) was excellent. I write this because I am from the hospitality industry myself and know how important it is for our informed associates to interact pleasantly with all the guests. Please pass on my thanks to both- Josh and Marcy.

By the way, at some point in our road trip, we called the tel# on the key-chain to find out what frequency to use on the FM to get audio on the DVD..once again the answer was forthcoming and accurate.( Did not get the name of the person I spoke to..it was a male).

Six vans, all lined up in a row =the VANS were delivered to the hotel

Our mission trip to NEW YORK was made easier by having the vans delivered to the hotel. We woke up, ate breakfast, and walked into the parking garage. There they were. Six vans, all lined up in a row. Ready for depature to the Niagara Falls Thank you Jose. your'e THE BEST

They delivered the 15 passenger vans to the airport for us FREE

That was the smoothest rental experience ever, we walked down the elevator to the baggage claim area and there was IMAGE Van Rentals. They were holding a sign with our church group's name "FIRST COMMUNITY CHURCH". They delivered the vans to the airport for us. We did not have to gather all 45 children, load them into a shuttle, and wait an hour in an off-airport office

Excellent 12 & 15 Pasenger Van Rental Company: On our most recent vacation to New York City, NY, we rented a car from them in JFK Airport Location. We booked our tickets through Jet Blue Air Lines which gave us a 20% discount. This was our second time renting with them, and our second successful experience with them. We had rented once and got the 15 passenger van delivered to Macarthur Airport and had no problems. Our plan was to rent a van for eight days, then pick up the company van at our hotel in New York City. For eight days, we got a good fare of $780. We needed the 15 passenger van for our trip to Boston, but we weren?t charged additional as one isn?t charged per mile. At the time of the booking, we let the agent know that we would be returning the 15 passenger van to Newark airport She said that it would be fine and there would be just a 50 dollars drop off fee.

Overall this IS an Excellent Service
