[The Instructor] takes his profession very seriously and keeps the class on track both for schedule and course contents - while maintaining a great attitude. You get the feeling he is the kind of guy who truly enjoys giving his undivided attention to the task at hand. We had a lot to cover in five days and I am impressed by the way he managed the delivery. He is an engaging communicator and solicits participation from all students, keeping the class "alive" and interesting for everyone. With a solid career in project management, and still an active researcher in the field (he has written several interesting articles that we studied in class), he has a wealth of real-life experience that he used to illustrate key elements of the training program, and which also enabled him to give valuable answers to students' questions of type "in my work I had such and such situation - how would you have addressed the issue?". He is friendly and personable, too, and joined the students for lunch on several occasions. Last but not least, to emphasize his dedication, I'd like to add that he stayed after-hours every evening to assist students who felt they were behind and to fill in those who had missed a portion of the class during the day. I was personally out sick the last day of the training, so he sent me an email over the weekend with course materials he had handed out to the rest of the class and generously offered that I could call him anytime to review the last chapters. He ended up spending at least two hours with me on the phone and taught me everything I had missed! After taking his class, I only studied about 10 hours at home preparing for the PMP test and then passed it on the first attempt. His teaching techniques gave me a tremendous amount of value - both in terms of knowledge and saved time. HCT

I signed up for a Dreamweaver 8 Level 2 course. The salesman insisted that I had to take Dreamweaver 8 Level 1 as it was a prerequisite. Even though I was fluent is all the aspects of Level 1 I had to sit through the first day. Toward the end of that loooooong first day one of the students said that Netcom had canceled Level 2 because some people had dropped out, days before, no less. They never told me. I politely complained of the imposition and the salesman promised to refund in full. Never happen. So the teaching wasn't anything fantastic and they are a business completely driven by money and throw all ethics out the window. They took my $700 but lost $3000 as I would have taken PHP Zend from them. No way. STAY AWAY FROM NETCOM!!
Pros: Centrally located
Cons: Unethical sales and service

I took Ethical Hacker at NetComInfo and was frightened by King Kong climbing up buidling during classroom lecture.
Pros: Empire State Building, Faye Raye
Cons: King Kong

I have recently took MCSE boot camp at NetCom Empire State Building location. It was probably one of the best training exp. even had. I have passed all 7 test at the end of the 14 day training.
