Great Spot

This place is great. Just bought a pair of vintage stan smith that I could not find anywhere else, even online. I went for the sneakers but also got a great pair of Denim Demon jeans. The people are so chill and patient. I never felt pressured or rushed. Great service. I'll be hitting this spot up on a regular basis.
Fierce fashion for creative types at an understated East Village boutique.

In Short
The store's clothing may be edgy, but the owners, husband-and-wife team Abiri Ward and Nina Wolff, are much more laid back. The boutique itself, designed by Wolff, has a warm ambience thanks to glazed exposed brick and a low ceiling inset with wood beams. Men's and women's collections from up-and-coming designers line the walls, including labels like Corpus, Nudie Jeans, Morphine Generation and others that are popular with the arty downtown set. Sneakers from Clae, Gram and other brands are a subtle study in street chic.
Hit: Incredibly hip clothing without the cold, sterile environment of some avant-garde boutiques.
Miss: Nothing much to complain about here, except that the store's unassuming entrance might be easily overlooked by new customers.
