I signed up for the signature Namaste Massage *with an add-on of Cranial Sacral ) and was absolutely thrilled. The space is very soothing and Chase (the massage therapist) was very skilled. She was very calming (which added to the pleasant experience). Getting a massage is actually about trust i.e. placing yourself in the hands of strangers, literally - and I've already signed up for a second massage. Aftewards, when Chase handed me a little vial of sea salt and encouraged me to scrub off some of the massage oil in the steam room, I was pleasantly surprised. I've scheduled massages at several NYC spas and Namaste ranks up at the absolute top of the list.
