What a wonderful experience. I took a Yoga Class here and felt so comfortable in myself. I felt that the class really helped me spiritually and lifted me to feel alive and well. I had the chance to sit in the steam room as well. The people that run this place are so nice, and willing to do anything to help you out. The rooms are beautiful and there is plenty of room everywhere you go there. I highly recommend you give this place a shot. It really is quite amazing.
