From my one on one with Mr. Gershburg I find him to be someone that you can easily speak to, gives great information and one who I can recommend to any of my friends or anyone who needs an attorney. He follows up on what you ask of him and gives you idea of ways to make you situation better. He is patient and most important he LISTENS to what you have to say. I wish more attorney can take a page from his book. From walking into his office with great stress, I was able to walk out de-stress. I felt like the world had been lifted off my shoulders. That is what a GREAT person this gentleman is. I wish him the best of luck and long life. Fontaine Archer

We invited Daniel to teach a course on Lawline on both Bankruptcy and Financial Advocacy. He did not disappoint. His courses were both informative and entertaining, which is a hard thing to do for a continuing legal education program. We look forward to working with him again in the near future.

I was referred to the Law Office of Mr. Gershburg by a friend . I can not be more pleased with the service I received. My case was handled exactly as I had hoped. He was very attentive, addressed my concerns and did a great job in court!! I never had the feeling that I was being rushed, in fact, I found it very useful that I was able to check the status of my case online via his website. I've had my share of attorneys, but I am very glad to have come across this one. I have and will continue to refer my friends to this office whenever they are in need of a great attorney.

Not only did I have a great experience with Daniel's services, I am very excited to recommend him to anyone who is buying an apartment in the city. He is smart, personable, and very willing to go out of his way to make the buying an apartment experience smooth. He handled many questions in a timely and prompt manner. In a city where there are many lawyers to choose from, make sure to at least give Daniel a call. I promise you will be very happy with choosing him to represent you.
