Great Dentist

Dr Caunitz is a fantastic dentist! Everyone is her office is professional, friendly and always on time. She is very thorough and really spends time with you (and your teeth).

Terrific Dentist!

While many people dread their trip to the dentist, I look forward to it!!! It’s all because of Beth Caunitz and the fantastic team in her office. Every trip to her office begins with a reminder call from Audrey and a warm welcome upon arrival. Through all of my cleanings and fillings, Beth has gentle, professional and fun. Dr. Caunitz always warns me about how the tools will feel and checks to make sure I’m feeling OK through the procedure. Her handsome assistant, Steven, always holds my hand when I get scared and shares amusing stories throughout the appointment. The office is easy to get to and always a worthwhile trip. GO TO BETH CAUNITZ!! I wouldn’t trust any other dentist with my teeth!

Dynamic Dentist Duo - Rare Find in NYC

I've spent previous years in NYC going to dentists that turned out to be the "drilling for dollars" type that are rushed in their diagnosis and offer an impersonal experience in a cattle call like atmosphere. On the flip side, you have Dr. Caunitz and her assistant Steve who are clearly are in a class of their own. Service is highly professional, non-rushed and very caring. Importantly, they seem to keep a tight schedule in the office which means that you never have to wait more then a few minutes to be seen. Hand down the best dentist that I've seen in 30 years in NYC!

The best. O pain!!!

Yikes. Too many years of neglecting my teeth. Sure enough they were ready to go away until Dr. Caunitz stepped in. 4 root canals later (not proud, just a fact), too many damaged filling repairs to count, and after working heroically to save a tooth beyond saving, I wound up with a bridge. The test fit worked so well I forgot I had it until I was called back to have it permanently fixed. Through it all there was no pain, I couldn't believe it. Dr. Caunitz is by far the most skilled, best dentist I have ever been to.

Above and Beyond!

I developed a tooth ache while away on a business trip. By the end of the trip I was in excruciating pain! I called Dr Caunitz from the airport and she gave me her cell phone # and said she would meet me at her office as soon as I got back to NY. Sure enough she met me that evening!! Dr Caunitz worked on my tooth, gave me antibiotics and pain medicine and even called the next day to make sure I was feeling better. The best dentist ever. Thank You Dr Caunitz.

A GREAT DENTAL EXPERIENCE!

I have always been afraid of going to the dentist, so what a pleasant surpriseit was to find Dr. Caunitz. She is not only warm and friendly, but does quality work and is extremely professional. I remember always feeling pain when I was in the dental chair, but I had 2 fillings done with Dr. Caunitz, and really felt almost nothing! The staff was all courteous and professional and I would reccommend Dr. Caunits to anyone in need of a dentist.

The most UNPROFESSIONAL office

What is it with female dentists? This is the second one I've been to that was NOT gentle with the needle---and I HATE the needle. I thought women were supposed to be more compassionate and gentler. So after the really painful needle to get me numb, this doctor started to work on me. But then this other guy stands in the doorway and starts to talk to her while she's working on me. I don't even know who he was but I think he's another dentist because they were laughing about another patient. It was like, why is this person standing there watching what she's doing on me? And talking while she was drilling on my tooth!! I was really glad that later the filling didn't hurt, but I don't think I'll ever go back to that place again. I don't get all the great reviews, though. Those other people must have been to horrible places if they thought this place was so top drawer-cause I sure didn't. Very unprofessional.

Best Dentist Ever - Seriously!

I HATE going to the dentist...well, make that hatED, after I started going to Beth Caunitz. She's by far the best dentist I've ever been to...patient, friendly, cool, conversational, and just makes you relax and feel at home. Oh, and her work is excellent, too! You leave the office knowing that every detail in your mouth has been taken care of, and she's very good at letting you know what the financial end of the deal is going to be. Her assistant, Steve, is also wonderful at making you feel confident and relaxed, and Audrey at the front desk is great, too.

I can't recommend them highly enough!

My Teeth Look Gorgeous!

Dr. Caunitz is meticulous in what she she does. I have seen her for a number of things ranging from a basic cleaning to having cavities filled and every time I leave her office, I am so happy. She is careful and gentle and does everything to make you feel comfortable, not to mention I know my teeth are so much better off after I've visited her. I love her, and her staff is just as great! I recommend her to anyone! Very professional and you can just tell she knows exactly what she is doing and she is doing a spectacular job at it!
