Terrible

TERRIBLE, and Scary. My dog needed stitches after they cut her. Not a safe place and they have a large turn over of groomers. I do NOT recommend this place.

THIS PLACE SUCKS!

I took my dog in for nail clipping and instructed dew claws done too. Not done. Returned paid again and then they did what I asked. Took my dog for bathing and ears cleaned, they didnt do the ears, my dogs ears came back uncleaned. I wont go back to discuss this again. I wont go back ever again. And the woman who owns it suggested I give my dog up because I didnt seem happy. And she was unfriendly besides. It cost $43 for the bathing and $22 total for the nails. I dont consider $65 small change and to not have the jobs done right is a disgrace. I looked online to find where to post a comment, They have it rigged so unless you register everywhere you cant do it. So there are lots of good ones from their friends no doubt.

Great service~

Live near Unleased and stopped by for a quick look... now our go to place. Our dog only needs nail trims, but they are quick and he is not stressed like another place we use to use on 7th.

This past week my mother adopted a rescue and Helen was great for giving us advice on grooming and took a couple hours to overhaul our new puppy. Very comforting!!

We highly recommend Unleashed!

first time groomng my shih tzu & loved it here

my boyfriend and I went to unleashed spa to get our shih tzu a full service groom. we walked in and the store is a bit small but welcoming. it's clean & organized. staff is very accomodating, our groomer MaryAnn was very nice. we told her exactly how we wanted our puppy to be groomer and the results were exactly what we wanted. we had him sissor trimmed and it came out symmetical, nothing was uneven. some groomers shave the fur off even though pet owners say that they want their pet sissor trimmed, so at first we were skeptic but unleashed spa met our standards and we will be going back there even though it's a bit pricey after tax and tip. our total came out to $90. 65 for the groom, plus tax is 77 and then tip. but i would definitely recommend this place

Love this place!

I love this place and more importanly so does my dog. From my very first experience there, it was a good one all around. The owner is very friendly and attentive. She may be a little excentric, but what pet owner isn't in their own way. The important thing is she loves animals and pays attention to what I want done and what my dog's needs are. She is very thorough pre drop off, so that there are no suprises when i pick her up.

I have always been very happy with the results of my dog's grooming and my dog is always happy when she goes there which tells me that she is treated very well.

I always feel like it is a warm and safe environment for my dog. I have found my groomers!

Great!

I got my dog the full service package, and while he turned out gorgeous, the real treat was meeting the owner. She is very welcoming and obviously adores the animals she works with. She also explained in detail every step of the grooming process. The entire staff at Unleashed is great - Simon worked on my dog and he did an awesome job.

fantastic for everything

owner kim makes getting your dog groomed SUCH a pleasure. All who work there are super accommodating show love towards all pets. she also has a great wall full of fun treats and dog accessories. And, Unleashed is the ONLY place i know that has two 'wash your own dog' grooming stations.

Its worth the travel !

I brought my toy poodle in and he came out looking like a toy poodle. I use to take him to petco and what a chop shop. Kim and marrio were very friendly, they treat you like they knew you along time. I felt very comfortable leaving my boy Tyson there to get the full grooming.

I highly recommend taken your pet. If your like me your dog or cat is one of the family.

Heaven for Pet Owners

I went last night with my new puppy, Maggie, to wash her. Walked in met Kim, the owner/host and she showed up all of the great supplies she has for us to use. We spent over an hour in the store washing the dog, checking out the great accessories for sale and meeting other dogs/families there. Everyone was extremely helpful and welcoming. They've made it so simple to wash & dry your dog. I'll definitely be back soon!!

Best place to bring your dog

As a longtime customer I must say the place is the best! after getting butchered at petco i brought my golden retriever in to avail myself of the self serve wash- what a treat! why use my bath at home when I can use the spotless tub at unleashed? all the stuff is included- shampoo, towels, brushes- even a waterproof apron when he inevitably shakes off the water. Treats are always available for free to coax your dog into the bath.

And as if that isn't enough- I broke down and went for the full service treatment..... what a treat! from head to tail he was groomed perfectly.... and priced less than other places too.

I highly reccomend Unleashed Spa
