Great tour guide!

I've lived in New York for about 2 years and love the history that surrounds me everyday. I've wanted to do a historical walking tour since I moved here and finally had the pleasure of taking the Greenwich Village tour yesterday. It was excellent! Our tour guide was a native New Yorker and had a wealth of insight and experience to share with the group. She was highly engaging and you could see the genuine love she has for the city and all it's eclectic nooks and crannies. I highly recommend this walking tour and plan on going on another one very soon.

Historic Greenwich Village Tour

We had the pleasure of Lina's expertise on our recent visit to NYC. She had a wealth of knowledge which made our walking tour of Historic Greenwich Village a wonderful experience. We have already recommended Lina and Gotham Walking Tours of NYC to all of our friends and family. We look forward to our next trip to NYC so we can go on another great walking tour with Lina. Outstanding Walking Tour

We took the "Gangs of New York" walking tour and enjoyed it very much. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and able to deliver a great deal of interesting, in-depth information in an easy and informal manner. She provided information on the sights seen but also provided the history and cultural context surrounding the various sites visited. Most importantly, the guide was genuinely interested in her subject matter and in imparting her knowledge to others. We highly recommend Gotham Walking Tours to anyone wanting to learn more about the exciting history and culture of New York City.

Excellent tour guide

Very engaging, personable tour guide with a very broad and deep understanding of NY City history. I have been on many tours in NY and by far she is one of the best. Easy to communicate with, gives very good directions on where and how to meet up. Kept everyone in the group interested, and there was not one question thrown at her she did not know the answer to. Highly recommended.
