A True Harlem Gem

This chic nouveau speakeasy is reminiscent of a golden era in bar tending. Mixologist, Kali Erwin, serves up both classics and exotic infusions the likes of which I haven't seen since my last visit to Milk and Honey. I recommend the Baxter; a sweet smokey twist on the margarita made with Kali's signature Jalapeno infused tequila. It's smooth and sweet capturing jalapeno flavor sans heat. Another favorite is the Hibiscus Royale, an enticing combination of sweet and tart. The plush velvet burgundy floor to ceiling curtains and warm exposed 40 watt bulbs give 67 Orange Street sleek and secluded speakeasy atmosphere. 67 Orange Street is a must see. So take a few friends and have a few Basil infused rum shots with a side of stuffed olives. Yes it's a little pricey but the drinks and the service are worth what you pay for them.

Bad Experience

We heard so much about this place so we decided to go check it out. When we got in the front door the hostess asked us how many in our party we said two. She asked us if we wanted a table we declined and just wanted to go to the bar for a drink. The bar was full we found a spot in the corner to stand and drink . At that time we were told that there is no standing in the bar period until after 12am. The time was 11:30pm. The way she aproacheddd us was like if we were getting table service we would have been helped. Once we declined and could not sit at the bar she said come back another time. Is she forreal?
Why would i do that when i could not get in last night.

From the owner of Society Cafe comes this speakeasy-style bar and lounge, with a full menu of small plates to boot.
Harlem's Coolest Hangout

I was impressed with 67 Orange Street when having after work drinks there. The ambience warm and inviting and the crowd was upscale and sophisticated. The service was fantastic and the bartender was super friendly and made some fabulous cocktails. I would definitely recommend this place as Harlem's hottest bar and lounge!!
