Ryan & his team at Birthday Party Booker are the most accommodating and helpful when it comes to planning a party in NYC. They are thorough and really go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect!

Last-Minute Reservations without any problems!

Ryan is awesome. Even though my reservation request was super last minute for a big party of people, he was able to accomodate me without any problems.

Use them to plan your next party!!!

Party Booker was the reason my firends birthday celebration was absolutely flawless. Their connections make it easy to get into those clubs/lounges that otherwise would be next to impossible to get in. We pushed through crowds of people and immediately mentioned Ryan's name and had no issues going forward for the rest of the evening.

From the onset with the help of Donna, this company was extremely dilligent and professional in carrying out my requests. Most importantly, their immediate responses to my inquiries made working with them an absolute pleasure. I look forward to using them again very soon.

**Highly Recommended for Party Planning in NYC**

I used Birthday party booker (“BPB”) for my 25th birthday this past weekend at Bar Basque at hotel eventi in Chelsea. As I was unsure venue I wanted to use for my party, I reached out to BPB for suggestions explaining I was about 30 people and was looking for a lounge or a bar with a lounge-like vibe. Unlike competitors who tend to suggest cheesy venues, the places BPB suggested were age appropriate and chic. When my initial choice (Polar) had a private event booked, BPB approached me and explained that due to the private event I would not be able to have the kind of party I was looking for. This kind of honesty and follow-up made BPB stand out among their competition and allowed me to rest assured I was in good hands. My main contact at BPB was Donna Venturo. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her in planning my party. Patient, quick-to-respond, and knowledgeable of the various venues, Donna helped me to decide on a venue and arranged the evening. BPB was able to get for me a complimentary bottle of house vodka so long as I purchased a second off the list which was great. Upon my arrival, there was a HUGE line at the venue and I immediately thought there was no way I was going to walk into this newer venue with the 20+ people I was with. Just as Donna promised, we got quick entry, paid no cover, and got 2 bottles for the price of one! Thank you to Donna Venturo and BPB for making my 25th celebration seamless and special!

Amazing Service!

I found Birthday party booker through a friend who was really happy with her experience, and I have to say I completely agree! I filled out their online form to give more information about what kind of birthday party I wanted, number of guests, etc. A representative from their company contacted me right away and gave me a list of great options. I simply emailed her the info. and she set up a guestlist and threw in a complimentary bottle of champagne for my guests (note: complimentary bottle depends on the venue and number of guests, and there is a gratuity charge which also depends on the venue).

The day before, a rep. emailed me the contact info. for the venue and the night of my party I didn't have to wait in line. I just said my name and a server greeted me showed my guests to our table and took care of every thing. It really is a great no hassle way of booking parties, especially in a city with shady club promoters who don't always come through. Everyone should try this service.

Amazing Birthday Parties 2 years in a row!

Birthday Party Booker is an amazing free service that is sure to help make your special night a time to remember!

I celebrated my 31st birthday this July 16th at Taj II Lounge in NYC. All of my guests got in quickly and with no cover as promised, and I received a table with a complimentary bottle of champagne (gratuity on the bottle was only $20).

Donna was my booking agent and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She suggested venues based on my preferences, and communicated with me very quickly and efficiently. (I didn't start planning my party until about 5 days prior!).

Last year I celebrated my big 30 at Katra Lounge and Ryan was my booking agent. That was an extreme success as well! Free entry for all my guests, a free table, and a free bottle of champagne! It doesn't get any better than that! Plus when your friends get in for free, they buy the birthday girl (or boy) lots and lots of drinks! It's a win-win for everyone!

Birthday Party Success!

Birthday Party Booker helped me host my birthday party this past Saturday (June 25th) at Polar Lounge. It went flawlessly and all my guests had a great time.

Ryan was great in suggesting venues that met my specification, and very patient when I changed the date (original date was supposed to be June 18th).

Ryan was able to get me a free bottle of liquor and champagne, and all I had to pay was the gratuity (which was only about $50, less than how much I ended up spending on 4 drinks when I went to Polar Lounge a few weeks earlier to scope out the spot).

This is the second year I've used Ryan's service. Last year, he helped me host my party at Slate. And same deal - free bottle of liquor and I only had to pay gratuity. There's really no reason not to use his services!

4 Way Birthday Party at Studio XXI

I'll start off saying that there's no reason NOT to book your party with Birthday Party Booker; everything is done for you at no cost to you, it's just that simple. All you need to do is contact them a few weeks before your party, ask them for a list of recommended venues if you don't already have one in mind, tell them the # of guests and the date and you're done! No negotiating with the manager at a bar or club, no cover (if there normally is one), and comped bottles and table service. Ryan at Birthday Party Booker is extremely helpful, and very responsive to questions. He also has a very dedicated staff that makes sure all your questions are answered and details are provided. I had a slight issue at the club because of a previous party earlier in the night, but that's unavoidable at most places. Also, other problems included some guests not getting in due to capacity limitations (venue only held 185 people total), but once again, there's nothing you can do about that and it certainly isn't BPB's fault. All in all the night was great, and all of the stress and nuances that come with planning a birthday party are handled for you, for FREE. I've already said it and I'll say it again, if you're planning a party there's no reason not to use Birthday Party Booker.

26th Birthday Planned @ Pranna

Every year I have difficulty planning my birthday; finding the venue, putting a guest list, no cover fees, etc…

While I was looking for a venue to book, I came across birthday party booker and read all the good reviews of the company. I quickly contacted them and Ryan was very prompt with his response. He suggested a couple of places but I had my heart set on Pranna. They booked my party that same day. Ryan answered every question I had but I booked the party a week in advance so I had some qualms about the whole process but he guaranteed that his colleague, Donna, will email me the night before the event. And he was right! Donna emailed me with the party confirmation as well as an emergency contact should something go wrong.

I celebrated on April 30 (Saturday) with 40 people (even guys/girls). No one had trouble at the door, no fee and no wait; I even received a complimentary bottle of champagne! And everything was FREE!

I had such a great time and it was so relieving to enjoy the night and not worry about my guests getting in or not.

I will definitely book my events with them going forward!
