Skeptic turned believer!!!

When I was 1st introduced to Dr Jay, I was truly a skeptic. I had been to numerous chiropractors in the past for severe headaches and low back pain. It was always the same.....temporary relief but the minute I didn't keep up weekly adjustment the pain and headaches returned.

A friend sent me to Dr Jay after learning about his healing and wellness methodology. Right from the 1st visit be was confident he could help me.....and he seemed really excited to do so! You could tell he really loved what he did! But what really sold me on Dr. Jay was his methods of strengthening....he teaches you a series of exercises that help you strengthen your spine once you are out of pain, so you can stay out of pain forever!

From the beginning I started feeling better....and every week I noticed improvements. I am now in wellness and have been for almost a year. I feel great....and no longer suffer from severe headaches! Dr. Jay is a lifesaver! I would recommend him to ANYONE!!

Centrally located and easy as pie to get to via a variety of subway lines, from the moment I walk into Dr. J's office, I can't help but smile. The warmth of his office combined with Dr. J's love and support for my excellent health just melts everything that's not feeling good away.

From his great listening skills to his positive approach to healing, I highly recommend the experience of being treated by Dr. Jason Goldstein at Oasis Chiropractic.

He'll make you feel better from the moment you walk through his door. And you will "hug yourself because you love yourself" for seeing him.

Best chirorpractor by far- actual results!!

I have had chronic back problems for years and have gone to either chiropractors. It was not until I met Dr. Jay that my complete view on chiropractic care changed dramatically. He genuinely cares for his patients. Being in his office is a relief and brings such calm to the busy and hectic days. when you walk into his office, his consults are thorough, and his adjustments make all the difference. He gives you suggestions on various exercises to do outside of the office to strengthen your muscles, and even goes as far as to send text messages in his off time to remind his patients to do the exercises. he is one of very view chiropractors who actually wants to ensure that his patients get better, rather than lock them into a protocol of seeing him forever. i could not recommend any medical professional higher than I do Dr. Jay! if you want someone who truly cares for his patients, and someone who you will actually achieve results with, Dr. Jay is your chiropractor!

Highly recommend Dr.J!!

I very highly recommend Dr. J to fix your pain issues or to see him for wellness!

I met Dr. J at a networking event and had been thinking about going to see a chiropractor, but didn't want to sign up to see one for the rest of my life! Which is basically what I had heard from others who had been to a chiropractor before. As soon as he told me that he creates a program for all of his clients in order to cure them and send them on their happy way, I was in and don't regret my decision for a minute.

Dr. J was so thorough on my consultation and so personable that I felt completely at ease and that my health was in the hands of a complete expert. He created a 6 month program for me specifically and talked me through what the process would be, what I should expect, and what role I would be playing in my treatment.

I was very afraid of the cracking & twisting that I knew chiropractors did and he was extremely sensitive to that and his treatment on me was very gentle yet effective. I couldn't believe that all of my lower and upper back pain as well as my neck pain was completely gone! Don't tell my husband because I made him buy a $2000 bed because I thought it was our old bed that was causing my lower back pain! :0) I also just thought that my neck pain was a symptom of stress and thought that it was just where I carry my stress. The xrays showed that that was not the case & I needed medical help.

Thank you Dr. J for helping me be pain free and staying pain free by showing me how to correct my posture on my own and what exercises to do to keep out of pain!

What's important

When I met Dr. J at a demonstration he was giving at my local health food store I felt, here is a guy who cares. He cares enough to be playful and cares enough to be direct. I needed work on my spinal misalignment and felt, since I'd been under chiropractic care before, I had it under control but something inside said go.....

I'm so glad I did...he got me over my inertia and I even brought my wife...

Standing straight and feeling great

My back has never been great. I've had scoliosis for my entire life. Even though I was treated by specialists and wore a brace for several years, the curve in my spine never straightened out.

I started going to see Dr. J to see if he could relieve my back pain, which was mild but chronic. After several treatments, not only was the pain gone but I also had noticeably better posture. The treatment actually helped straighten some of the curve in my spine!

I highly recommend working with Oasis Chiropractic if you want relief from pain, especially if you are being affected by scoliosis.

I started going to Dr. J because I was referred by my massage therapist. I can’t tell you what a difference it’s made! I was always weary of chiropractors, because I heard you can easily get 'addicted'. His gradual program ensures this does not happen. I’ve even gotten pregnant while under his treatment, and I know my back and neck have held up so much better because of my visits.

Dr J makes you feel so comfortable and at ease, and he’s just an amazingly happy person to be around! I’ve told all of my coworkers about Oasis and now many of them are seeing him as well. He’s even held a health fair at our office, bringing in a number of different vendors and services for us to try out.

I definitely recommend!

Dr. Jay=Amazing

I am running again!!!! Dr. Jay is AMAZING!!

I was referred to Dr. Jay by my trainer for severe sciatic pain that was keeping me from my favorite exercise (running). Dr. Jay has me running again and back at my previous pace in only 2 months. He is really excellent, caring and very upbeat. His office is very flexible and accomodating in scheduling; the atmosphere in the office is light and stress free. I feel better almost immediately on arrival there! Dr. Jay gets my highest recommendation.

I can walk straight again!!! THANK YOU, DR J

Dr. Jay is the best chiropractor. I have been seeing him for a couple months. I was referred to him after I had severe pain in my neck and back. I also walked with a severe tilt. After several months of chiropractic care, I walk straighter than I have in years and the pain that I experienced in my neck and back is gone. Not only is he a great chiropractor but he is just an all around nice guy. The staff is also nice and courteous towards me and all patients that come through the office creating an relaxing atmosphere. I also referred a friend who suffers from back pain to him also. Thanks Dr. Jay if it wasn't for you I would still be tilted but thanks to you I walk straight thank you so much!
