NIGHTMARE!! DISHONEST!! THIEFS!! SACM ARTIST!!

If it was possible to give the company NO STARS, I would have!!

We received a "binding quote" from customer service agent "Ben". He told us to provide him with a list of all out items and upon arrival both himself (because he promised to be present at the move) and his movers will compare the list to actual items on the list. If everything matched; then we would pay what was on the "binding estimate".

1. They sub-contracted our move to a company name "LIBERTY MOVERS"...who where very rude and stupid.

They immediately wrote a "revised estimate "for $500 more!!!

When we disagreed they promised that it was just an estimate and that it should not be that much.

2. They told us all of our things needed to be in boxes or they could not move it. They proceeded to box our things for $15 per box. AND THEY CHARGED LABOR FOR PACKING THEM!.....but didn't tell us it was a charge until they have already packed them.

3. The stupid Liberty Movers took constant smoke breaks and completed moving our 680 st. ft apartment in 6 HOURS!!!

4. They told us 4 to 10 days upon arrival. Our things arrived on the 18th day!

the complani email and phone numbe rlisted on the back of their contract are both non-working/ fabricated information.

5. They do not return phine calls when you call to inquire about your belongings.

6. The sales manger "sam" is the chief con artist and liar! BELIEVE NOTHING THIS FOOL SAYS!

NO to Available Movers....

Very bad experience with this company. They make false promises, staffs are not friendly except one lady (Diane). Sam Bitton (Sales Manager) and their staff, drivers are very rude.

They are very polite, punctual and obedient in picking up your inventories. Once they pick up your stuff, all of sudden they become rude, manner less, literally they play with customers. If you call them for inquiry you will hear different words from different people, so you will end up with frustrations. Sometimes they respond like arrogant. Finally I received my stuff after more than a month and few of my stuffs are broken for which they said they are not responsible. I had to accept everything in hurry as my baby was not doing well at that time. I am agree with the review "AVAILABLE MOVERS- The Worst Movers in the US

by YouAreTheWorst" I never recommend this mover to anybody who is planning for movement.

These guys are pro's

We moved yesterday from NYC to Brooklyn and I felt compelled to write a review about Available Movers.

These guys are real professionals. The crew came in and worked quickly, diligently, carefully and with consideration to our belongings. They were friendly and accommodating and made the move super easy.

They helped us disassemble and reassemble complicated pieces of furniture quickly and with ease.

I also received a follow up from their office making sure things went smoothy. They came highly recommended to me from a friend and now I know why. I will recommend them without doubt. This is the 1st time I have moved (we move a lot) where I didn't wake up in pain the next day. Glad to say we had an easy move.

Great Value & Service!!

Available Movers were absolutely fantastic in helping me move. The guys who moved me were on time, polite and very helpful in wrapping furniture to protect it and moving fragile items (including a large flatscreen) with a delicate touch. They moved everything quickly and efficiently and even helped me set up some of the furniture upon arriving at the new apartment. Additionally, the prices were more than fair - I felt as though I was paying for what I was moving and got top-level service for the price. I recommend using Available Movers for any move - the price and service cannot be beat!

Available Movers were great,helpful,ontime and early at the drop off. In our books they are a +++++ out of a five rating. I don't want to move again but if we needed to we would call Available Movers.

AVAILABLE MOVERS- The Worst Movers in the US

Available Movers has got to the absolute worst moving company. Available Movers Lies about the pricing to get you to use them. Available Movers uses a bait and switch technique AND gouges you once they show up in your driveway. Once they load the truck they present you with paperwork that essentially says we have 21 business days to deliver your belongings after Available Movers gives you a date to pick up the belonging to be there on time. Even after calling Available Movers Office, speaking with the OWNER I was assured that this language is on everyone's paperwork but I was guaranteed a November 18th delivery. Available Movers called and asked if we could take delivery early, I had the lease changed on the apartment and they never put the furniture on the truck to Utah. I was supposed to move my son today into his apartment in Utah. Available Movers arrived on site on November 3rd to pick up the furniture. Available Movers project manager is a liar and a cheat. He made us spend 3X the quoted price. Available Movers even though they gave us a delivery date lied and never contacted us to tell us that our delivery date was not going to be reached despite our calls to they offices EVERYDAY. Available Movers was reached yesterday, the 17th and they told us our belongings will not be there for another week and a half. December. We had to cancel $1,000 plane tickets we were supposed to use today, I took a week off of work, we will miss Thanksgiving with our son, and now I have to put my son up in a hotel until the furniture arrives because I cannot go to Utah twice. Available Movers barely speaks English, they are perfect liars and AVAILABLE MOVERS SHOULD NEVER BE TRUSTED. I FILED A COMPLAINT AGAINST AVAILABLE MOVERS WITH THE NEW YORK AUTHORITIES. THEY ARE NOW HOLDING OUR FURNITURE IN A LOCATION AND WON'T DISCLOSE WHERE IT IS. They are a fraudulent company and Available Movers SHOULD NEVER BE TRUSTED.

Aweful movers

They are by far the worst mover you will ever use. They will quote you wrong prices and they will haggle you to pay them more on the day on the move. They refused to move our bed and wanted to leave it outside the building bec they could not unscrew it. They have broken our stuff and refused to do anything about it. Do not trust a word they are saying bec they will corner you on the day of your move and be very rude about it. Simply aweful, esp their manager.

Best Moving Company

Available Movers have pleasantly surprised me with their extreme kindness and professionalism. The prices were very affordable, and the movers were very careful with my furniture. They cautiously packed all my items and provided me with all the shipping materials. There was no need for me to run around and buy supplies since everything was provided to me at the tip of my fingers.

I highly recommend for every one to check out this company and give them a chance. You will not be sorry.

Purposeful Low Quote, Real Cost was Double the Quote!

I am outraged by this company! Available Movers gave us a very low quote for moving our goods. In fact, their quote was about half the cost of other moving companies. Maybe that should have been a red flag. When it came time for the actual moving day, they said they were going to charge us more than DOUBLE the amount of the quote because they had underestimated our square footage from our inventory list! They ended up costing more than other moving companies. In the meantime, our goods were loaded up by Available Movers and put in storage, held as hostage until we pay them more than DOUBLE the amount of the original quote! We are presently at the destination city, so there is very little we can do except give them the money they're demanding.

I have already filed a complaint with the BBB.

EXCELLENT SERVICE,VERY SATISFIED

This is my third time I used available movers from new jersey to orlando and I am very satisfied with this company , they did the pickups on time, no headaches no problems, a very smooth process and they delivered as they promise on time. So i really recommend this company.
