Great moving company

I checked with eight different companies before going with Avaliable Movers. They had the best price and I was cautioned by other moving companies to beware. I checked with the Better Buisness Bureau and they got great reviews. We could not have been happier. They showed up on time , were very professional and polite. They picked up furniture in Rochester and got it to Michigan in less than 24 hours. We were hoping to get my father's furniture all in place before he arrived and thanks to Avaliable Movers it worked out so nicely.

My best moving experience in moving.

I am writing this note to you because I am so satisfied with both the movers and your office staff.

The moving men were polite and helpful,they worked constantly and carefully. I have moved three times in the last twenty years and this was my best experience ever.

I would recommend your company to anyone that has good quality furniture and antiques as well. Things were carefully packed by the men. They made me feel at ease by figuring out the sequence of removing the furniture.

Moving is an overwhelming experience for people but your company just took over and made it very easy for me on moving day.

Great Experience!!!

I just moved this morning and felt compelled to write a review right away. This is the second time that I have used Available Movers. Today's experience was even better than the previous. The guys arrived earlier than scheduled time which to me was a plus. Everything was handled with care and wrapped appropriately depending on the item. They were highly efficient and attentive to any requests that I made.

Upon arrival to my new home they put everything in the desired room and re-assembled the furniture. Before leaving they made sure I was satisfied with the placement of all items.

FYI, I've recommended Available Movers in the past and will continue to recommend in the future. In fact, my friend is moving in 2 weeks and is using Available Movers and my fiance will be contacting AM in the near future. Any questions please don't hesitate to email me.

fast and careful movers

This weekend my boyfriend and I moved to Brooklyn Heights. Stricken by laziness and back problems, we decided to hire movers for our 1 bedroom apartment.

Available movers had great reviews and seemed to be a good deal, so I gave them a shot. George and his crew came right on time and got to work right away. They were incredibly careful not to damage either apartment and all of our things made it through the move safely. You can never accuse these guys of being lazy; they were carrying up to 5 boxes at a time on their backs.

My favorite thing about Available movers was their flexibility. They made an extra stop to pick up an armories and applied felt to the bases of all our furniture. The extra time for these tasks cost us a pretty penny, but was a huge help. I would definitely recommend Available movers to anyone.

worth every penny!!!!!

I hired Available movers last week based on all the positive reviews I saw, and simply put, they were worth every single penny.

All my communication with Available movers was via email, which was really nice since I'm very busy during the day at work. The initial estimates were pretty high, and they worked with me to get something within my budget. In the end, they ended up getting almost all of my stuff anyway, and in only a short 4 hours.

I moved from upper east side NYC to Miami FL from an apartment on the 3rd floor to a condo with 2 staircases, one being spiral. However, never once did they complain and the 3 guys just powered through it.

This was my first time hiring movers, and after this fantastic experience, I will never again do it on my own or rely on friends who bash up my stuff like in the past. These guys came prepared, had the stuff they needed, and did a really good job. I would definitely recommend them to friends and anyone on here reading.

best movers in NYC

: It's a Saturday night, and as per my usual routine of bouncing all over the city I come home to my apartment, open the door and (on this particular Saturday) think to myself, "I'm so glad I called a moving company to hoist that big computer desk..." I know that I have very little time to pack my plethora of belongings (yeah right -XXXI own a mattress, a chair, a bookshelf and 1,000 books of Poetry by Charles Bukowski). Amazingly enough, once all of the things I call mine are bunched together in one spot it actually looks like I have a lot of stuff. At 8:30 on Tuesday morning when the 3 guys from Available showed up at my apartment at exactly the time they said they'd be there they didn't even flinch at the mound O belongings. I walked one of the guys through the place pointing to things I wanted him to move for me, "take this, but not that box of VHS over there -that belongs to my cousin.

I walked out into the hallway to make sure that none of the lovely streetwalkers were coming into the apartment with its front door hanging wide open, and as I'm watching some random person smoke across the street I happened to noticed that the movers had put down little carpets all the way down the staircase and into the hallway leading to my door. "What thoughtful movers" I thought to myself.

I go back inside and all of my things wrapped up, lined up, loaded up on dolly's and are ready to head to the moving truck (which was included in the price). I stepped aside and let them do their job.

Talk about leverage! I'm convinced these guys can lift 8X their own body weight and could maneuver things that I would have banged against every wall and 90 degree angle of adjoining rooms trying to get out myself...

I hopped a ride to the new place, held the front door open for them and in less than 4 hours they had completely moved me in! I LIKE THINGS THAT MAKE MY LIFE EASY SO I CAN MOVE ON TO THE THINGS THAT ARE IMPORTANT -so thank you available movers!!!

Finally, a moving company that cares!

Both my wife and I have dealt with many moving companies over the years, but we agree that the move yesterday was by far the best. The crew did an amazing job. They were courteous, pleasant and very professional. I am defintely going to recommend Available Movers as the best movers in New York

Used twice, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We have used Available Movers twice and were provided with a good service each time. There was a little mishap the second time with regards to the estimation and actual amount that we were charged. But, the owner himself was kind enough to call us and resolve the issue. With that said, we would use them again and would recommend to others.
