Great Storage Solution

I am a professional organizer and am moving a client out a state. The client wanted to keep some items in NYC at the last minute and I thought of The Box Butler right off the bat. They came when they said they would and made every effort to make my job easier. THANK YOU Box Butler!

Great Concept, Great Service, Great People

Was moving apartments and leaving the city for 6 weeks, did not make sense to pay rent. Decided to look for temp storage, stumbled on Box Butler.

Sent a request online, the guys came on time with their boxes, waited for me to fill them up and took them away.

On return i scheduled a drop off, they came on time, dropped off my stuff and took the containers away.

Great concept, Great Service, Great Service, Great People. Absolutely no hassle!!!!!!

NYU Student storage

Had a bad experience with previous student starage company. unable to speak with a live person and they did not honor their contract with us.

Searched and found The Box Butler, was able to speak with Scott and Ian on several occasions in setting up my daughter's student storage in NYC. They were affordable, cordial, prompt, and easy to set up the account for pick up. They were patient with all my questions and concerns over the long term storage issues. They were knowledgable as well on student storage in NYC.

I don't know what I would do without Box Butler!

I have been using Box Butler since the company started. I looked into several storage options and this was the best one. It is affordable and convenient. Every fall my winter clothes arrive at my apartment in perfect condition and I swap them out with my summer clothes. Living in a small apartment with not great closet space it is great not having to worry about where I am going to put things. The "Butlers" are all friendly and keep in contact with you the day of your deliveries so you are not waiting hours in your apartment. They always arrive in the time window they quote. These guys will do almost anything to help you out. My bike room was being renovated and I had no room to store our families' bikes in my apartment. Box Butler kept them for me until the construction was done. In New York, it is all about convenience and what is more convenient than having your storage until delivered straight to your home!

These guys are a storage godsend!

After using The Box Butler I don't understand how anyone in the city stores any other way! They are incredible. Made a quick phone call to arrange a pickup of my items and they were at my apartment the next afternoon packing my stuff into their trucks. Their Butlers are punctual and friendly, but most importantly they do a really great job. Oh and did I mention they're also really affordable? When I initially called to inquire about their services I felt like they were trying to help me find the most cost effective solution for my storage needs. How refreshing! I can go on and on about how much I love this service. Highly recommended.

Unique evolution of antiquated industry

After several negative experiences with storage companies throughout the tri-state area, I was ready to fork over the $$ for my building's inflated basement storage units. Thankfully, I found The Box Butler prior to this last resort. Not only is it a "true" full-service storage company, the customer service staff and "Butlers" that come to your place are all competent, thorough and friendly. I had clothing in random bags, as well as a few furniture pieces that had been collecting dust (I'm sentimental, guilty as charged!) Not only did TBB come to my other storage provider to pick up my items, they provided a full inventory of my stuff, wrapped my couch and dining set in mover's blankets, and re-packed my clothes into their sturdy, cool containers. I was able to take this opportunity to organize my gear, once and for all. I think it'll make accessing my stuff a lot easier moving forward. Anyway, these folks did (and continue to) do me a great service. Oh, and match their prices against other storage co's - solid deals abound - AND The Box Butler comes right to your APT!

Highly recommended.

Wow - it was so easy

these guys really have it figured out. One phone call and the next day, i had these really great containers delivered - I packed them over the course of 2 days and locked them all in the comfort of my apartment. I then called for a pickup and back they ere to cart it all away and i never left my apt! It made putting my summer clothes away so easy! Oh, and both times, the Butlers were really nice and friendly. Really awesome and affordable.
