Had No Idea Who to Use!

I had no idea who to use for my move last month. I went online and was searching moving companies. I read reviews and went to websites. Eventually, I decided to use Sterling because I felt most confident in their abilities while speaking with them.

They were careful and accomodating to my requests. I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks!

Good move

I used Sterling Moving after some research and also a friend had used them and gave a glowing reference. My experience every step of the way was great. My rep Stefan gave me a fair quote and arranged my move. The movers were delightful and worked hard. Everything was in my new place and set up quickly. I will certainly recommend Sterling to everyone.

Reliable and consistent

I’m constantly moving from NY to CA and back again. I moved with these guys twice now and both times the move went very smoothly. They pack everything really well and nothing was damaged on either move. I been extremely happy with their service both times and I’ll recommend them to my family and friends.

Quality Moving

I had to relocate for work from NYC to Philly. My whole experience with Sterling was very positive; most of all the movers were awesome. They were on time worked at a brisk pace, but demonstrated the up most care. They diligently wrapped all my furniture and packed up my TV’s and sound system. I will be returning to NYC next year and will certainly be using Sterling for my move when the time comes.

Fast and helpful

These guys were fast and great. They even helped me set up my Ikea bed which is a total hassle. They also boxes my lamps for me which I had not packed myself. And the final cost was exactly what they quoted and I was sure there would be some surprise cost. I would recommend Sterling Movers to anyone planning to move.

Excellent

I moved with sterling last week and was very satisfied with my experience. The crew was excellent and worked tirelessly to move my 3 bedroom apartment and get the job done before my buildings 4pm cut off time. Moving on the whole is stressful and inconvenient at best, this time was definitely the smoothest move I have made. There have been too many!

Delightful Move

I was more than satisfied with my experience with Sterling movers. From beginning to end the move was handled professionally and everyone was a delight to deal with. The moving men handled my furniture and things with care, were efficient and hardworking. No questions, I cannot recommend them enough.

Quality movers and quick

Finding a good mover isn’t easy, there are literally 100’s in New York. I found Sterling after some lengthy research and I was very satisfied with the professional and economical service I received.

The sales representative was knowledgeable and answered all my questions in a timely manner and arranged for insurance certificates to go to my buildings. I was most pleased with the movers who I had on the actual day they were cheerful and courteous and worked very hard all day moving my 2 bedroom across town.

Moving is stressful but hiring Sterling made it easy

No regrets going w/ Sterling - moving is stressful but hiring Sterling made it easy. I shopped around for movers and this is the mover I decided I could trust. They moved me in the time they quoted and I even received a courtesy call after the move to see how everything went!

I moved from a 5th floor walk-up on Wall Street to a co-op on the Upper East Side in April 2011. The movers arrived on time and were fast, professional and most importantly, careful w/ all my stuff. One guy packed, another guy carried stuff from the apt to the middle landing and handed off to a third guy on the bottom landing assembly line fashion.

They packed all my hanging clothes (they used 6 boxes w/ a rod for all my hanging clothes), used a mattress cover to protect it from getting dirty, and also wrapped up my furniture w/ padding. Everything arrived undamaged w/o a scratch, including my leather furniture as well as my flimsy Ikea wardrobes that had mirrored doors.

Be sure to provide bottled water for the movers (these guys work hard) and a tip to give to the foreman.

Super Professional

From the first communication, these guys were super professional, reasonable, efficient, conscientious, direct and helpful. My main contact Stefan was on top of absolutely everything and after talking to a few other local companies I knew i wanted to use Sterling. The crew was so fast and organized and it could not have been smoother or easier. Don't even think about using anyone else for your NYC move!
