Worst Online Shopping Experience EVER!

Uncle Sam’s was my worst shopping experience in ten years of online shopping. Their website states 10-14 day delivery. Seven days after the order was placed they debited my credit card WITHOUT processing or shipping the items. This is a deceitful and dishonest business practice not done by reputable companies. Their Customer Service agents were untruthful regarding the status of my order and when I called again after three weeks to cancel they said they would e-mail the warehouse to ship the items. So the customer has to call before they ship! What is that all about? In the end I requested a refund as I had lost all confidence in Uncle Scam's. Too bad I hadn’t seen the previous Citysearch reviews before I shopped at Uncle Scam’s.

WARNING! Do not SHOP at armynavydeals

LOL! Do not trust these guys who give 5 stars! They must be employees or are friends with Uncle Sam's business with phony BS reviews, just to get your money! If you want proof, please do Google search of honest reviews from other unsatisfied customers who have dealt with them with poor ratings, not these fake 5 stars. I am one of those unlucky victims of their bad business practice.

They have an extremely poor customer service with a very dishonest business practice. When I received my order, I was expecting a brand new sealed product, but it arrived without any original sealed packaging and its original manufacturer tags had been removed. I had requested an exchange, but they never responded to my emails. I even tried chatting with them on live chat on their site and the lady was very rude then she cut me off. I even contacted one of their stores via phone and the guy was not friendly nor helpful at all. Their customer service is horrendously the worst online shopping experience I've ever had and they are a real JOKE!! I will never ever do business with them again!!

Stay away from them. You have been WARNED...

PS: Their Canadian Website states they love Canada because of Pamela Anderson! Talk about a CHEESY SEXIST slogan! Did they steal that idea from Borat's movie? LOL That should give you a hint of their inappropriate unprofessional attitude.

If you're tired of walking down the street, and seeing 5 other people wearing the same outfit as you ( I know I am), then this is the store you've been looking for.

The sales staff is knowledgeable and helpful, the surplus is original and in amazing condition. A great store for the alternative lifestyle. Plus if you can't find exactly what you're looking for, they can special order it for you, or you can most likely find it on their website. armynavydeals dot com

Military surplus made cool.

Somehow the store manages to add the coolness of the village into its products. From the merchandising to the employees everything is effortlessly fashionable. They must have a "cool" requirement in their hiring process.

I love their stuff, its sturdy and functional and it wont fall apart if you try to customize it.

In the winter I wear a bridge coat(US made, quality wool, the good stuff), I switched the bottons from "the look at me" brass to some off grey buttons, and just like that I have a quality custom coat, and I wont bump into a thousand people on the train wearing the same thing.

Uncle Sam's best army navy in NYC

I've been here a few times because my brother introduced me to it and honestly the store is great for what they are. Its not Bergdorf, its an army navy store, and they are the best in NYC hands down. And to be honest they have some great womens clothes for cheap! Check out thier website and shop online, its deff worth it!

the worst/slowest/non reliable outfit ever... highly recommend to stay away based on personal experience... took me 5 weeks to realize i won't get what i paid for... afraid won't collect money either...
