Very bad customer service

They treat you cheap when you have a voucher like you worth nothing and you end up paying more than regular price , don't use their voucher at least you know you wont pay too much , the specialist changed her words with me 3 times and couldn't explain what is included in the voucher like its a rocket science and before you leave they tell you that you have to pay more , beside the waiting time and the machine that keeps stopping , i don't recommend them at all .

awful awful awful please stay away!

if i could give zero stars i would. do not believe the good reviews, they have written these themselves.

i had over a dozen sessions and i still have hair growing back.

on top of that i was burned a few times and my skin changed color. i am thai and my skin is naturally tanned. they told me that they have a special laser for tanned skins. however after treatment, my skin is lighter in places. according to a doctor i consulted with, the lighter patches are likely to be permanent.

it's terrible, because it is my exposed skin that is burned.

don't be fooled by the cheap prices they lure you in with, this type of treatment should be done by a doctor and not a bimbo in a white coat with a beauticians license.

i am very angry. i am getting married in 3 months, if the scars haven't healed i don't know what i will do. i did not contact an attorney because i know they make you sign something when you start. i feel like such a sucker, please don't fall for their scam the way i did!

SCAM!

This place was a total scam. I was quoted one price over the phone and then after the procedure was done I was told to pay a totally different price. The place was ran very poorly, I had a long wait, and the person was not very nice. The procedure did not even work that good and I had to pay a lot more then I could afford. Place is a total rip off and will charge you mor without telling you.

BEWARE OF THE SCAM!!!

Ok, so at first I thought this place was great. I went there and I was seeing results. Only after I went for 6 or 7 treatments did I realize that the results were nowhere near finished. They then convinced me to keep coming - after 10 treatments I still have hair!! And not the "unnoticeable" kind either! Furthermore if I stop going for a couple of months (which I tried now) then ALL of it comes back!

All they said was "Oh, well there is no gurantee"

Uhm WHAT?!!

Over $9K WASTED!!

Definitely NOT recommended!

Lowest price in NYC, and best result.

I'ved tried many other laser places but Satori laser is the best place you'll ever find great service, convenient location and wonderful staff. They use the Candela GentleLase and GentleYag much less painful then the other lasers that I tried in the past. I have recommend Satori laser to all of my friends and family and I would recommend it to anyone. you'll experience great results. I promise you that once you try Satori Laser Hair Removal, you will be very happy with their service.

Honest, professional, top notch equipment, nice!

I went to several other laser places before I tried Sartori. I found one sleazy operation after another, and some that were good, but just too expensive. Sartori is the only one I found that is an easy going, honest operation, very reasonable prices, excellent up-to-date equipment, offers packages but doesn't pressure you to take them, gives a portion of profits to charities, and run by a woman who does much of the service herself. I'm almost finished having my legs done, and they've touched up other areas i had done elsewhere. I highly recommend them. I've noticed that a lot of other places seem to write their own reviews - it's so obvious. I hope you can tell that this one is real.

Beautiful and clean laser hair removal spa

I use Citysearch for everything and found Satori on here. Boy was I impressed. The spa is so tranquil and peaceful. The lady that did my treatment is super sweet. She is fast and gentle. The treament didnt even hurt! I was so happy with my results, I bought a package! If you have unwanted hair, call Satori now and make an appt!

Great Laser Place!

I had gone to a few other laser places...one where i got a package and one for spa week. I found S*xy Laser and thought that it was really too good to be true because of the prices that they were offering. But i thought that i would give it a try because well it seems like a ridiculously good deal that i couldn't pass up. I have to say that somethings just good! I couldn't believe how great and clean the facility was, how nice the staff was, and that they were charging me practically nothing for laser hair removal with top of the line equipment. Good bye hair...Hello s*xy laser!!

Zap! No more unibrow

No more unibrow - had the tech zap the hair between my eyebrows. Great service, inexpensive, quick, friendly.
