Best Soho Coffee Shop

I love the coffee, the staff, and the atmosphere. Only problem is, everyone else does too!

No love for Ground Support

I work nearby and have been several times - they use great coffee, but the shot quality varies greatly depending on the barista and given nearby competition, I find the prices a bit high. This last time was the limit, though. I ordered an iced Americano with not a lot of water and watched as they poured cold coffee from an urn behind the counter over a glass of ice. Iced coffee - weak, watery, and totally not what I ordered. Also about a buck less in price than I had paid. "Here's your Americano," she lied. She didn't even bat an eye. I'm never going back.

Best Shot Around!

I discovered this place on Monday and it is my new favorite place for a shot of espresso in the morning. Gets my day going and all my friends want to meet there. Awesome!

Most Delicious Coffee!

I recently discovered ground support and I must say they have some of the best coffee in town. The atmosphere is also great. I hate chain coffee places and I love to support non-corporate places when I can. That is why I love it when I find places as wonderful as Ground Support!!!

I love Ground Support

I stumbled across Ground Support on my iPhone when wandering around desperate for a caffeine fix. Not only was the place super cute, but the staff was friendly and nice and the space was super clean and great to sit down and relax in. They even took the coupon off Citysearch that i showed them off my phone which I didn't know if they would really do!

All round FANTASTIC!

This is a spectacular venue, clean, attractive space and employees. The coffee is so good that I, a non-coffee drinker have become a fan of the java. The vittels are superb, with the promise of more to come. Rumor has it that they are considering a Glutten Free snack menu which means if I am ever wondering where to find my girlfriend all I will have to do is look at 399 West B-way and there she will be.

Can not reccomend this place enough, stop by and say hello to Steve(The owner) and enjoy what a cafe is all about.

Best coffee and espresso in SoHo

I love Intelligentsia coffee, and they really know how to prepare it here. The communal tables and skylights make this a really friendly place to spend a few hours. Ground Support's prices are better than most spots in the neighborhood, where you'll get an overextracted latte with burned milk. Try a cortado or latte. The coffee is great, too, hot or iced.
