Great Space - Networking - Etc.

I'm not in the Plaza District - I'm in one of NYC Office Suites Grand Central Buildings - the one on 44th and Lex - but I have to agree with Izzy W. My experience has been amazing. The terms of my contract were clear and I wasn't charged for silly add-ons. I have a three person space and I recently expanded to five (YAY!) and the staff was only too happy to help with my growth.
My clients have also said nothing but good things about the space itself. The lobby is impressive and the facilities - including the meeting rooms - are spotless and easy to get into when you need to hold a conference, etc.

I had a much different experience than the other reviewer. I signed a six-month contract at a rate that beat Regus by over 10% once you adjusted for Regus' ridiculous surcharges ($30 per person for kitchen use???). Plus, these offices are much nicer than those at Regus' Rockefeller Plaza location. I have had no technical issues, and I found the new center manager, Hope, to be super-responsive. I'm going to renew.
Terrible Mistake...there are better options out there.

I am stuck in a contract with them and they are ripping me off. The internet always is off and on and they dont even respond to my calls. The owner needs to hire someone who knows how to take care of customers because he doesn't. The are overchargin me and wont let me out of the contract. Once you sign, they stop acting nice. the sales lady is relly a crazy nut and after you sign and pay she threatens to turn off your phone if you are a day late. There are much better choices...I highly advise against NYC Offices.
Fantastic Location!

We were looking for a remote office in NYC, in the heart of it all, while our tech company figured out our next steps as to new locations. We were based in Chicago, but wanted to tap into the NYC market. We spoke with NYC Office Suites and booked a suite for about 4 months and it was PERFECT!! We are now located just two blocks away, as we loved the location and everything the area had to offer. Close subways, trains, buses, and easy cabs. Great food in the area too!
- Pros: Location & Price
- Cons: NONE
