Good pre-Terminal 5 Hang

by Frederick Loren

Stopped here before a show...just 4 blocks away and good spot for wine before rocking out & getting sweaty. We liked the 2 argentinian reds on the list...favorite dish was the burrata/ramp pesto special, creamy, crunchy and garlicky. Duck banh mi the winner over pastrami, of the two sandwiches. Snack-size, but filling, maybe a little bit pricey. Homemade ice cream sandwich was good too, with dulce de leche. Recommended.

  • Pros: Wine list
  • Cons: Seating could be more cushy...

Very impressed!

by marcus17

I was very surprised to find this place last monday and the food was amazing. They had a great deal for happy hour . The bar is very nice and the bartender Philip was so helpful. He pointed us in the right direction, he obviously has a lot of wine knowledge and a great personality. I will be going back with some co workers soon and i recommed it for people who love wine!!

  • Pros: Happy hour!

Sleek and comfortable new spot

by mevpesses

Little larger than your typical NYC wine bar, but still cozy and comfortable. Delicious pork belly bites over apple salad and fabulous cheese. Highly recommend this refreshing new spot.

Citysearch Editorial Review

by Amy Abate

Mature wine connoisseurs nibble on cheese plates and house-made charcuterie at this off-the-grid bar and lounge in Hell’s Kitchen. Grab a stool at the marble-topped bar or kick back on comfy corduroy banquettes while selecting from an extensive wine list that offers a plethora of exotic and classic bottles and wines by the glass (ranging from $7 to $18). Drop pendant lights and chrome pedestal cocktail tables make for a clean-lined space that is modern and industrial; an outdoor patio can accommodate seating for 30 patrons. Highlights on the food menu include a slate of six artisanal cheeses for $30, house-made ice cream sandwiches and s’mores.
