Total Scam--bait and Switch. They should be sued

I had a coupon for a 1-hour massage that they were unable to honor because it expired in 3 weeks (and they said I had to use the coupon in 3 weeks, not book in the next 3 weeks) and they had NO appointments left. (I figured this out after I manually checked every single day, which took quite a bit of time.)

They wouldn't give me a refund. They wouldn't extend the deadline. They said only that they would let me pay $70 for a massage instead of $100.

When I asked to speak to a manager, the man (Paul) hung up on me.

I feel healthy again!

I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel, tendonitis and ulnar neuropathy issues in Oct04. I have been in hand therapy for the whole time with none to slight results. Two doctors recommended surgery and I said no way. A friend recommended I see Dr. Pezzello and i thought how can a chiropractor help with what I have? After my FIRST visit I felt results; the mobility in my neck increased, the tendonitis & carpal tunnel was much better. I could use my arm again! I can do yoga again! My neck and shoulder pain is gone! It's been three months and i look forward to my visits. I can't thank Dr. Pezzello enough for giving me my health back!
