Jared D. Paletti - Highly Recommended

Jared had provided us with a top notch service. A true professional, Jared went above and beyond in assisting us with our apartment search. He was very knowledgeable about the areas and every apartment he had showed us. He was not pushy or impatient when many other brokers would have been. After running into a couple of snags along the way, making the signing of our lease a bit more complicated than it may have normally been, Jared did everything he could and more to help smooth out the issues we were having to get the signing done. He was always available when we needed him and, again, did everything and more than what could have been asked for. He is a truly great broker to work with. As noted in the heading, I HIGHLY recommend Jared for your NYC apartment search. I cannot say enough about the extraordinary service he had provided to us.

Jared Paletti - Amazing, Top Notch Broker

Jared was the best broker I could have possibly asked for. He helped me find a fantastic apartment right within my price range, in no time. He is extremely efficient and knowledgeable when showing all available listings, and is ready to answer any questions you have at nearly any time of day. He was also very honest about what listings he felt were not such good deals, which I appreciated. Although being pressured by a broker is something I feared, Jared tactfully encourages you to be open minded about your personal requirements, and had I not listened to his advice, I wouldn't have found the amazing apartment that I ended up signing a lease on. He is such a gentleman and was a pleasure to work with, and even gave great recommendations on quality furniture within my price range.

I will definitely use him again in the future and am referring him to any and all friends and family who need a broker from now on.

You won't be disappointed, I promise! Jared is simply the best.

I truly cannot speak highly enough about Jared's preparedness, patience and insights. While my wife and I searched for an apartment, he was incredibly helpful; answering questions VERY quickly and accurately. Jared served a terrific sounding board as we discussed the merits and drawbacks for each listing he showed us. His accessibility was a revelation. We went to nearly a dozen buildings, and at each one the leasing agents knew who he was; and, he had obvious command of their respect. We had heard horror stories about brokers, but neither one of us can imagine what we would have done without Jared by our sides. We are so grateful for his professional guidance and will DEFINITELY utilize him in any and all NYC-related housing searches. You should, too!

Berna Hakimi - highly recommended

I highly recommend Berna if you are looking for a broker for your apartment hunting. I have dealt with quite a few brokers in my time but no one other than her made me feel like as if my cause was hers too. She has an excellent knowledge of the downtown area and she knows the ins and outs of all the buildings around. I was about to take another apartment when she contacted me - she did not try to push me, simply offered her alternatives and was quite quick to understand what I was looking for. I would say hands down she is the person you want to be on your side when you are looking for your future residence.

Berna Hakimi- Best Realtor in NYC

I was referred to Berna by a good friend who told me she is the best. I'm from out of town so I wasn't too familiar with the NYC rental scene. Berna took me under her wings and patiently showed me the different parts of town, explained the rental process and helped my find my perfect apartment. She was very patient, warm, kind and very funny. I did not feel rushed or pressured into taking any particular apartment. She even gave me her personal opinion on certain locations. She is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

I highly recommend Berna as the best broker in NYC. Give her a try, you will not be disappointed.

Alex Caballero is the only broker you need!!

Alex of NY Living Solutions was referred to me by a co-worker who also recently relocated to NYC. Alex was extremely responsive and knowledgeable about the dynamic nature of the Manhattan real estate market and was able to show me many apartments within a day of contacting him. Taking both my lengthy wish list and tight budget into consideration we were able to find the apartment of my dreams in just a few hours!!

Not only is he incredibly friendly and polite, but his passion for architecture is conveyed in every building he shows. His wealth of knowledge was incredibly helpful in making a final decision and I could not imagine having such great success and painless experience with any other broker!!

Alex Caballero is the BEST!

After several attempts w/ other brokers and solo outings, I was referred to Alex and NY Living Solutions by a friend of mine who was abs. thrilled w/ her new apt! Alex was professional, friendly, and frankly the best broker that I've ever had the pleasure of working with! He listened to all my concerns/ preferences, but also did an excellent job of helping me to expand my search, so that I could be in an apt/area that I was truly happy with!

After ONE DAY of apt searching w/ Alex, I found my dream apt and I could not be happier! I honestly could not have done it without Alex's candid answers, savy neighborhood knowledge, and positive attitude!

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Alex to anyone who is looking to effectively navigate the jungle that is the NYC rental/buying market!

ERIC LEEN brought back my sanity!!!!

ERIC LEEN brought back my sanity!!!! I was so frustrated with the online deceit with other real estate brokers in New York City! I would ask each broker I called regarding a listing if they were advertising a true, for real, bonafide two bedroom apartment and they would say yes - only to find out later I would have to put up a wall, a curtain, or a screen. Madness! I was starting to wonder if there was an honest person left in New York. THEN I MET ERIC LEEN!!!! He spoke straight. He answered questions direct. If he didn't know the answers he went to the property in question in person or had someone onsite take photos. He truly cared about my needs and did not spent time trying to convince me otherwise. He listened and his highly tuned listening skills coupled with much perseverance resulted in the perfect apartment for me and my family!
