Very poor

These guys are not trust worthy. They are rude non responsive . refunds are very late (several weeks) and the service is generally very poor . I do not recomend dealing with them at all

Excellent Service for the Money Paid

The Belnord Hotel is an excellent hotel with great service and lovely clean rooms. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone with a small budget. Rooms are nicely decorated and you definitely get more than what you pay for.

Great value for the price

I really enjoyed my stay there. It was a very nice hotel for the price we paid to stay there. Great location, lovely part of the Upper West Side and easy to get around NY as a result. If you want a good deal for a good price, stay here. Only downside really was the stairs.. no elevator and we stayed on the 5th floor... well, we had a free stairmaster every trip up and down from our room!

• Cons: small room to share
