Honest, hard and fast work!

I've needed a couple of things done on my Ford Explorer for a looooonnnngg time, but just recently moved to the area and didn't know any of the auto shops. Who would do a good job and who might fleece me? Finally, I couldn't stand it anymore (and had enough spare $'s on hand, just in case) and found Midtown Auto. I brought it over in the morning and Vinny took a look at what I needed. He said honestly it might be real busy so he couldn't promise to get to it the same day, but asked me to leave it just in case and he called.

A few hours later, he called and said that one job was done and the other was waiting for a part to come and if I left it, they could have it done by the next afternoon. But he left the decision up to me. I said OK.

A little after 5 PM, Vinny called again to say that they got the part already and all the work was done!

All in all, it was done faster and cheaper than I expected with great communication! Thanks guys-- you've got my recommendation!
