Tutta Pasta Restaurant has the best Italian food in Hoboken. The place is beautiful, but it does tend to get packed on a weekend night. The best garlic bread ever!!!
Food is just ok and the service makes it worse

This place used to be better but the food has gone down hill. The staff is the worst part. They are rude and act like they are doing you a favor but letting you eat there. This rude guy at the front kept checking me out when I gave hiim a look that told him I wasn't interested he got nasty with me.
I came for food not to pick up men I shouldn't be punished for that.
- Cons: Staff is rude, Food is just ok
Worst Service ever!!!!!

I ordered Black Linguini Seafood combo which is for two on Friday night. It finally came, and it was REGULAR linguini, NOT what we ordered. So i asked the waiter, what had happened and only response i get is there's no more of black
linguini. What an irresponsible answer!!! And how dare of the waiter and the chef to change to something else without even
telling me. The waiter said sorry, but he kept pushing the dish to us which basically meant "just eat it". I asked for manager, and i could see our waiter telling to the manager what happened. The manager doesn't even bother showing up and our waiter comes back with menu and tells us to order something else. All i wanted was a sincere apolozy from waiter or manager and i truly think i deserved it. When i asked for manager once again, the manager finally walks over (only 5 steps from where he was standing all this time) and tells us that he heard what happended and asked us to order something else that it'll be on the house. By this time, i was so
upset with their attitude, i left the place. Just hope all of you find better Italian place in Hoboken.
- Pros: Location

NOT ITALIAN

I know Italian food. I cook it quite well at home. One day I went to Tutta Pasta with my wife. The service was good. The food was horrible. I ordered stuffed mushroom caps. They were bland. The food had no taste. I also ordered penne sicilliana which was also very bland. The food here is horrible don't waste your money here. Go to Margarita's in Hoboken they make great Italian food.
- Pros: Decent Service
- Cons: Horrible food that's not Italian

Don't even try it. It's the worst Italian food I've ever had. You want good Italian in Hoboken? Go to Augustinos!
- Pros: Outdoor seating, good location
- Cons: Terrible, terrible food.

I had the unfortunate experience of heading to Tutta Pasta for lunch today while visiting my cousin in Hoboken. First off, when we tried to order a few pizzas, our waiter claimed that the restaurant only carried "personal" size pizzas (at $15.50 a pop mind you), even though my cousin ate there only LAST WEEK and had normal size pizzas with my aunt and uncle. Since we couldn't get the waiter to understand what we wanted and he clearly was not giving in either, we ordered from the lunch menu instead (you can pick an appetizer and an entree, one of which is a pizza, for $11.95). While we were waiting, our waiter was glaring at us from the other side of the room, along with the rest of the waitstaff. Very uncomfortable. When our meal arrived, the two of us who had ordered pizzas were given regular sized pizzas, not personal sized, and my other cousin, who had ordered the ravioli, was shocked when his plate came out...with four measly ravioli on it. It looked like a portion appropriate for a kids menu. We were thinking of complaining to the management, but, at this point, the experience had been so horrible that we just wanted to get out of there. From the poor service to the ridiculous food issues, this was simply a meal I would like to forget. My cousin has vowed not to ever go back, and I feel the same way!
- Pros: The tables were set nicely, I guess.
- Cons: The service, the food, the value- pretty much everything.
Boy, things have changed!

This used to be a classy one about 7-8 years ago.
Now I feel like I'm eating microwaved Italian food. Hopefully mgmt can wake up and bring it back to what it used to be.
Italian or Chinese?

When at this restaurant, stick to a pasta favorite. The chicken tasted remarkably like that which I would find at my local take out chinese place. Slightly peculiar. Skip the first chicken dish on the menu (with misspelled ingredient -butter-) and get lemon chicken at your favorite Panda Express Take Out.
Bread was nice. Our waiter was absolutely unhelpful with helping us call a cab at the end of our visit. Crowded atmosphere... also fairly cold in the restaurant.
Excellent bus boy!
- Pros: bread, price (i guess), bus boy
- Cons: , chicken, loud

Well, having traveled up and down Washington Street many times, I and my boyfriend have visited several Italian restaurants. One day, disheveled, cold and hungry, we finally went into Tutta Pasta. Although the somewhat posh-like marble, fountain, red and white decor was daunting, the food was delicious, the service leisurely but friendly, and the overall experience wonderful. It has become one of our favorite restaurants. I highly recommend the various tortellini dishes and the bruchetta.
- Pros: Excellent food, Friendly, Weekday lunch special
Overall Alright

Tutta Pasta has a great location, but if you don't sit by the window it can lose its charm. I have only had the alfredo and pasta primavera and both were excellent but their service could definitely use improvement.
- Pros: outdoor seating, good location
- Cons: slow service
