Pickup was earlier than I scheduled and it took 2 hrs to get to Laguardia from Midtown. You get what you pay for. If your flight is not too early, take the Airport shuttle or add $10 and take a cab.
Pros: Cheap
Cons: Long drive time, crammed, uncomfortable ride

They did not show up to take me to the airport. I got no apology or explanation, except that the driver no longer had time to pick me up. I was appalled at how rude and inconsiderate the dispatcher and driver were and will never use this service again. I had made my reservation well in advance and spoken with the driver twice in the hour before he was to pick me up (to ensure he knew exactly where I lived). Apparently, he couldn't find my street (he had no idea where Broadway or City Hall Park was in New York!), and decided to just leave for the airport 7 minutes after he was scheduled to pick me up. He was less than 5 minutes from me, but refused to come and get me. No apologies, nothing. When I called the dispatcher to see if another shuttle could get me, they said that the driver had filed me as a no show. Not only was he rude, but a liar. It took an hour of talking to customer service to convince them to reimburse me the difference for a cab. Flying is stressful enough, who needs this kind of treatment?

Pick up was scheduled for 1400-14:15 for an 1800 international flight. The shuttle arrived at 14:30 with no passengers in it. We told the driver that we have to be at the airport latest by 15:30. He answered in a very RUDE manner. He even SWORE at my doorman, when he asked him to be more polite. He reported us no show looking at our face. When I called the call center to solve the situation. We couldnt talk to anyone. When I emailed the customer service, they asked for the taxi receipt to refund the money!!! We ended up taking a cab and paying over $50 instead of the $26 we were planning! So the total ride to the airport cost us over $75!!! I was trying to put a nice ending to my friend's visit taking her to the airport but SUPERSHUTTLE RUINED IT FOR US!!

I took the supershuttle from manhattan to newark and back. On the trip to the airport, the pickup was almost 1 hr late and took 1.5 hours (2-3x cab time). On the trip home, it took 40 min to book/wait for the ride; 2 hrs to get home (I was the last drop) and they lost my bag. The driver unloaded my suitcase and left it on the sidewalk. The supershuttle ppl made little to get my bag back. What's worse is a passenger on my ride to the airport had the same problem! I don't recommend this service b/c the travel time is too much and they seem to lose bags. There are other services where you share a ride from Grand Central or Penn Station. I'll try that next time as the timing should be better.

Cons: Slow, Lost bag, disorganized
