Exceptional Service

I am a self made man who came to the New York (USA) with a suitcase and a dream, and have worked like a dog, to get to where I am today. I am therefore extremely particular and am the most detail orientated individual, which can lean towards a fault. I also am very cost conscious and make sure that I get what I pay for. I bought a brand new Porsche Cabriolet, and needed extremely high tech items installed. The service, knowledge of all the products available, exceptional installation, and friendly wonderful attitude which I received from Stefano who is the owner of Audio Designs New York, was outstanding. All I can do is highly recommend him and his exceptional work to the fullest degree, and once again thank him and his outstanding team on a job so well done.

I am an extremely satisfied customer, and can only recommend Stefano and all the staff of Audio Designs New York for any job they do. So honest, reasonable, and willing to do anything to please their customers.

Incredible Install - These guys know what they're doing!

What a great experience.

I grew up obsessed with electronics, and am surrounded by high end gadgets pretty much all day, whether at home, at work, or on the go. It's been awhile since I've owned a car, though, and I was hesitant about installing a system. In the past, I've always done everything myself, fearful that some hack wouldn't have the same eye for detail or compulsion toward perfection that I do. But then again, it's winter, I work 50-60 hour weeks, and the thought of ripping my truck apart on a manhattan street in front of my apartment sounded pretty rough.

At the end of the day, I hate to pay someone for something I could do myself. And I would never go to some Best Buy low end style shop... so this was a leap of faith.

From the beginning, Mike was incredible at answering probably 50 emails I launched at him over the course of a week. EXTREMELY knowledgable. Such a relief to work with people who know what they're doing, and not have to be looking over their shoulder suspiciously checking up.

At the end of the day, I actually brought in all my hand picked parts and just had them do the install of a Kenwood DVD unit, Focal components, JL amp and sub - as well as hard wire my Valentine One and tint the front windows.

I spent the weekend enjoying the system, inspecting all the wiring, mounting, etc... A+ work, courteous guys, expert know how - and I'm picky! Install was super clean with really incredible attention to detail - totally done right, totally what I wanted.

Highly recommend this shop!

Amazing Audio Designs and ALex!

My father owned a gas station for over 30 years and I grew up around cars. I am a physician now, and a perfectionist as well. I had the most amazing first time experience at Audio Designs today watching their expert, Alex do work on my car. I have seen many many auto technicians work on my cars over the years, from 911 Porsches to Lexus to Mercedes. I have never seen a man more experienced, technically saavy and a perfectionsit as well. He works with enthusiasm and intensity and it is obvious that he is enjoying every moment of his work! When he comes to an obstacle or challenging part of the job, he quickly asseses the problem, goes over the options in his mind, and comes up with the best solution...sort of like a computer analyzes the data and reveals the best option after evaluating all of them. I truly felt Alex treated my car as if it were his own. He exudes confidence and expertise and I would highly recommend Audio Designs to anyone who wants the epitome of expertise, craftsmanship and an extremely knowledgeable technician working on their automobile.

Great installation work

I had my 2002 SAAB in for installation of a Pioneer DVD navigation system. Although I had already bought the system somewhere else, Audio Designs did the install and had all the hardware needed to replace my factory head unit. They did a great job and given the pain SAAB's can be, the cost was not too bad. The job was also very fast.

The Auto Designs team is the only place to go when searching for a dependable place to install your car sound system.

They are knowdeable and reasonable.

Stefano will have your car stero installed in no time and sounding great.

I am one pleased customer.

real cool shop with a super friendly staff.Stefano the owner was super cool and very helpfull explain everything about what he was install in my 911 porsche.My sound system came out amazing.good work from the audio designs crew.
