Professional Friendly Staff
by new york
Working with the owner, Dorrie Levine, and her skillful staff was a very pleasant experience. From the first meeting to the completion of the finished product I was kept informed of progress and was more than pleased with the final product. Ms. Levine has managed to create a relaxing and friendly yet thoroughly professional atmosphere that I would be happy to recommend to anyone seeking frame work.

I have been going to Manhattan Frame and Art for many years when I needed my most prized artwork framed, both personally and in business. Owner, Dorrie Levine and her very professional staff never failed to provide me with excellent care and framed pieces that always surpassed my expectations. MF&A gets my highest recommendation!
- Pros: consultative, high quality product and service
Best place for frames

This company knows everything about frames.I do a lot of frames every year, and I always know I'm going to get good advice and fast turnaround. Highly recommend.
- Pros: convenient location, good prices
- Cons: none
Helpful and Fast
by bevself
I needed some prints framed for a Birthday gift in a short time frame and they were great. Helpful in picking the right frame for the prints and making sure they were done on time. Prices were reasonable too. Possibly because they don't have a storefront location - I actually preferred this and wouldn't be put off by the more intimate setting. One on one service and they called me as soon as the frames were ready. They have a cute poodle masquerading as a guard dog also! Very New York!

Generally they do a nice job framing but lost my $2000 painting! The owner offered me a credit and honored it for a few years, promising me repeatedly that it had no time limit, but then arbitrarily decided to void it. I would not recommend this place to a friend.
- Pros: nice frames
- Cons: bad service from owner
