don't give them your money

I ordered fixtures and was told they would take 4 weeks. When they arrived 10 weeks later, the design was not what I had ordered. I complained about this and they just blew me off. They don't respond to emails. They say they will follow-up and do something when you get them on the phone but they don't follow through. I would not recommend this place. Once they get your money, they just don't care.

• Cons: customer service ends when you walk out the door

LONG WAIT FOR LIGHT

THE FIXTURES HERE ARE BEAUTIFUL BUT CUSTOM

MADE.

IF THEY TELL YOU FOUR WEEKS, IT MEANS AT LEAST SIX WITH MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS.

IF YOU'RE BUYING SCONCES, BE SURE THEY UNDERSTAND IF THEY ARE TO BE MOUNTED DIRECTLY TO A WALLL AND NOT AN ELECTRICAL BOX.

IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE IN THE HARDWARE YOU NEED AND WILL ELIMINATE HAVING TO RETURN MERCHANDISE FOR THE PROPER MOUNTING.

• Cons: LONG WAIT
