Do not ever get your dog groomed at Petco

My very simple instructions were "just a trim. No clippers." What did they do? They shaved my beautiful dog's torso (front and back) right before winter. In addition, they left all the hair on all four legs. I've never been so blatantly ignored in my life.

We've tried numerous times to get ahold of a manager, but they don't care to return our calls.

• Pros: Absolutely nothing
• Cons: worst grooming ever and terrible customer service
