Great Local Store

This store has a great selection of cds for some of the cheapest prices ive seen around nyc. Check it out whenever you can, it would be sad to see stores like this one close from dwindling cd sales. Its worth a trip just to check out their 88 cent bin!

Sounds was the first new and used cd store on the famous st.marks place. while there are now a number of cd stores on the block, sounds is still the original and therefore has the best stuff for the best prices. i believe everyone should support this local store!

St. Marks Sounds (with two locations two doors apart) features an extensive and inexpensive selection of new and used CDs and vinyl. Used CD prices range from 88 cents to $8.99 per disc. Categories include both mainstream and others, such as new wave, independent, power, blues, reggae, jazz, oldies, country, kids and soul.
