I went to Continental for the first time last night with a friend, and I have to say that I was in disbelief that a place could exist in this city with $3 drinks. Since I usually tend to frequent trendyish places with high cover and even higher drink prices, I was thrilled to find a cool, laid-back place that didn't try to eat my wallet before I left. It reminded me of college, and that made me extremely happy. Sorry, I didn't go there for the music- although I've heard that's great, too. I knew this place was amazing when I asked the bartender what her favorite shot was, and she replied "Shots? I just drink straight whiskey!!" My friend with me (a guy) fell in love...and although I'm a chick, I thought that was WAY hawt too. CONTINENTAL IS GOOD- GO THERE!!
Pros: Cheap drinks, big bar, flat screet tv, comfy booths
