nice atmosphere, good drinks, great music

i've gone to many lounges in the city, but this one especially on saturdays is really good. everyone dresses casual and it's crowd friendly. the seats are comfy , but the music is amazing!!!!!! the dj (i think his name's dj menu) plays such a variety of music that my girl friends, my brothers and i were dancing until it finished, which is 4am. i sweated so much!!! it was so crowded that it did take my friends a little while to get my drinks, but the girl bartender saw me and hooked us up. very pretty girl, too. i def recommend this spot, especially if you want to celebrate your birthday or just to party!!!

Nice name, place is kinda small, been there for a few bday parties. It only really gets packed when theres a party going on. When its packed be careful of the stupid step they have by the tiny seats. I've seen a bunch of people stumble from it.

every first and third wednesday, this lovely laidback lounge hosts a cozy eclectic open-mic where up-and-coming talents do their thing. and that thing is hot.

stick around for the bartender's soulful acoustic stylings; that girl's got some chops.

Had a blast!

came here to celebrate a friend's birthday and had a blast. liked the atmosphere, music was great, and drinks were yummy. I will definitely plan on having a party here in the near future!

Laid Back and RELAXED

This place rocks. Sometimes it's real crowded and sometime not as with all places. It has no cover, NO Jerk bouncers, people are laided back. Music is good and bathrooms are clean. Hey we all know it's not the place, it's the people (entourage) that you're with that makes the party. At this place you won't have to worry about rude and obnoxious people ruining your night.

not the same place anymore!

in the past couple of months, this place has transformed radically. i haven't been since the metamorphosis, but it's really pretty shocking. while it used to be a great dive, it's been totally remodelled into a clean, expensive and trendy "lounge",--like most of the rest of 2nd ave. ah well...there will always be great dive bars i suppose...

Fun Place

Fun place to lounge on the nice leather couches. Drinks were strong and the staff was friendly. Not that big but it's a nice place to start out a night.
