I would never go back here!
by ahk212
My friends and I had a horrible experience here last night. In case it wasn't bad enough that they won't let you try on the costumes the staff was unbelievably rude! Just to be clear, my friends and I all live and work in the city and were shocked by their rudeness! The staff was yelling out that they would call security on anyone who was seen even opening the package of a halloween costume! The staff members had absolutely no manners. They were physically pushing their way through customers. Sorry I wasn't walking up the stairs quickly enough for them! The whole experience was painful and we couldn't get out of there fast enough. Just to top it off there was some sort of violent sounding fight that required security to intervene.
- Pros: large variety of costumes
- Cons: everything else about the store was awful!
Best Accesories Sucky Coustume Policy!
by educatinlopez
This place is such a cool Halloween setting. They have the best selections of accesories, from mask to props. But their Coustume Policy is sucky. I went there with my sis in law and she wanted to try a coustume that price ranged from $56.00-60.00 and a staff member informed her she couldnt try the coustume unless the price ranged from $100.00 and up. Its bad enough that all sales are Final{No Exchange or Refund} so why not try, price shouldnt matter. Plus a staff member she try talking to was very nasty. Mostly some are in that store. I sdvise you to go somewhere for costumes.
- Pros: Great Accesories
- Cons: Coustume Policy and Customer Service
Great selection, but can't try on or return/exchange
by cdion57
They have a great selection, but they don't allow you to try on the costumes and don't offer a return policy. You can easily spend $65-80 and get screwed when the costume doesn't fit or look right. Happened to me. So beware, unless you know for certain by looking at a package the costume will fit (which most of them don't).
- Pros: Selection
- Cons: Can't try on. No returns/exchanges
Experience the witching hour all year round.
