Best choice!

Ariston Florist is an INCREDIBLE florist whose talent is only outshined by its professionalism and service. Our flowers did not come out how I imagined - they were even better!!!!!!!!!!!! I am an incredibly satisfied customer and will rave about Ariston to anyone looking for a florist.

I had already booked with another florist and was feeling taken advantage of by that florist when I happened upon Ariston's store in Chelsea. I went in, spoke with Theo and made an appointment to discuss what he could do for me. Not only did he listen to all my crazy ideas (and look at each of the pictures that I brought with me) but he also provided me a sample that very day! (My other florist wanted to wait until 8 weeks before the wedding). He was able to perfectly translate my vision! When a bridesmaid dress disaster forced me to change my colors just a few weeks before the wedding -- Theo was not only flexible but he insisted on making a new sample for me so that I could see exactly what I was getting. In addition, I was very picky about my bouquet and Theo managed to make the perfect one for me! I can't say enough good things about Ariston -- they are creative, trustworthy and can make a beautiful day for you regardless of your budget.

Excellent customer service

Dear Ariston Florist,

The nice lady who took my order was Judith Kitson.

I was trying to send my only daughter Marie Palma, who is 20 years old and flying from Texas State University in San Marcos, TX along with her friend Janet Gama to visit her friend Amanda Gordon, who also attends Texas State University but is living in NYC since she is volunteering (for the Summer) in an adoption agency (she is adopted) and she wanted to give back to that cause.

I wanted something plain and unexpensive and Judith worked with me, she even suggested what was the best flower arrangement for young ladies, in other words, she was EXCEPTIONAL.

Remember I am in Houston, Texas and before I called Ariston, I called 2 other places , and they were so unprofessional that I had to hang out. I guess they did not want my business. But Ariston Florist, thanks to Judith Kitson, wanted my business and they got it and I promise you that this will not be the only time I will use Ariston Florist, since I have several good friends In New York City.

Thanks again for having staff like Judith, who goes the extra mile to satisfy a customer.

People like her make my worl more pleasant.

Great Florist!

If you want to impress someone, I recommend this florist because they have the service and the quality that I expected. I found them Citysearch, called them and told them the occasion & an idea of what I wanted. Later that day my mother called raving of how beautiful her flowers were. She mailed me the picture of arrangement and I was thrilled. Will definitely use Ariston for all of my future flower needs!

Not recommended.

My husband and I have used Ariston for about a year now, sporadically. They have consistently been terrible. Their quality doesn't come close to meriting their high prices. Adding insult to injury, their customer service (telephone) is atrocious, rife with attitude and disinterest.
