Love their selective and their staff was very helpful and pleasant to work with! Their prices are very reasonable and if they have something, they would order it for us. Who say customer service doesn't exist?
I love it.

My name is Flip Catz and I am a Siamese / Himalyan / Birman. I really love this store. The lady who owns it is very nice. I haven't met her because I don't go much father than the hallway in the building I live in. I know she is nice because my mom tells me so each time she comes home with all my yummy and healthy foods. My mom grumbles about the food being expensive but that is not the ladies fault. My mom only buys me the bestest of foods. That means they cost a lot. I like the store a lot becuse they have very good cat toys. My mom buys them a lot for me. The store always get the newest flavors in the brand of food I like and always make great recommendations of yummy treats to my mom. My mom won't buy anywhere else anymore.

- Pros: Top quality, healthy, hard to find foods. They deliver.
- Cons: Pricey.

I brought my dog there the other day to pick out a nice toy for him, once we got in there he was soooo happy. The ladies at the store were so helpful and really knowledgeable about the products. Everything was also all natural which really put my mind at ease, especially with all these companies using chemicals for their pet products. I will definitely be going back and am a fan of this store for life!
- Pros: All natural products and very knowledgeable staff
- Cons: theres only one store
