I ordered contact lenses in July- it's not mid September and I'm still waiting! When I initially had my eye exam, I was told the lenses will come in about 1 week. For the next month I kept popping in and calling to see if they've got them. Every time I was told "Next Tuesday".... and 2 months passed and the lenses aren't here yet! It's also a bit hard to get a refund from them, so if you are going to order lenses I suggest you don't pay for them in advance. It's such a shame because the location was so convenient, the staff were very nice... just no lenses!!

Eye to Eye has great service, knowledgeable and friendly eye doctors, and good prices.I was a walk-in during lunch hours with a coupon that included an exam and two boxes of contacts for a great price. I was seen promptly, given an exam and new contacts were ordered.

7 weeks for lens processing and still no sign of lenses. I have gotten the same lenses within a maximum of three weeks so the complexity reasoning doesn't make sense. Every time I call the person answering doesn't know the status or has to check with some one, but no one ever calls back. The sad part is I have made the payments for the eye exam and lenses. The doctor is fine but the service afterwards is just plain bad.

I have really bad experiences there. It took 3 weeks to get my sample contact lenses and I'm waiting to get my ordered contact lenses for more than 3 weeks, Whenever I call, nobody wants to have responsibility for my order. Whenever I go there, I have to wait for long time. Maybe,, because they already have charged me$$$($150 for a short eye exam and $43 per box which I can get a half price from web store------), so no need to make effort to get me the order..... That's very sad.... I will never go there again after I get my ordered contact lenses. I'm not sure when I can get them though,,,, If your time is precious, I do not recommend you to be there.

Not only did I get an appointment hours after I called, but a few minutes into my exam (for which I was immediately taken when I arrived), the doctor advised me to go immediately to the Eye & Ear Hospital ER since my eyes had been badly damaged (it was after regular working hours for most opthamologists) and were causing me substantial pain. I was told at the hospital that my optometrist had told me to do the right thing since if I had waited any longer I could have potentially permanently damaged my eyes. The following morning, Eye to Eye told me I could come in as soon as I could to see Dr. Cohen and that he would examine me and get me a pair of glasses that very day since I had lost mine and was not allowed to wear contact lenses due to my malady. He was extremely friendly, clearly answered any questions or concerns I had, and made me feel sure I could place my confidence in him. The turn-around time for the glasses was about four hours! Unreal. Prices were also fair and that $100 Citysearch coupon? Totally legit and no strings attached. Will definitely be making this my new optometrist.

Pros: Got glasses the same day, saved my eyes, friendly

Cons: A rude customer literally screaming over the price of contacts
