This is a for-profit school: beware. That alone doesn't mean it's bad, but it should point you to where the administrators' heads are at...we landed there because it was in the neighborhood, stayed out of lethargy, and now feel it was probably a mistake. Teaching quality was uneven in the extreme: our child was virtually ignored by some teachers, celebrated by others. The school year is shorter than at comparable schools. The overall philosophy, if it exists, certainly doesn't percolate into all classrooms and more than a few of the teachers seemed semi-literate. Particularly now that we've moved on, and seen what good schools can offer, we feel the experience was average at best.
Pros: good for locals; good parental involvement
Cons: uneven teaching; sloppy administration

Beginnings Toddler Program is an amazing nursery school. The class size is smaller and there are 4 teachers per class room. The staff is so dedicated to the children and parents. The director is available at any time to talk and help with kindergarten applications. This place really has it together. I HIGHLY recommend Beginnngs!
Pros: Small Class Size, Diversity, Lovely Teachers
Cons: Hard To Get In!
