Horrible experience

Ordered flowers online in the morning. Delivery person attempted delivery in the late afternoon at a business location. Did not leave a message and left when the person was not at her desk. Person at store said it will be delivered first thing in the morning w/ an upgrade in size. Flowers were delivered at 12:30pm the next day with petals already falling off within the first few minutes. Here I thought I would be getting a better experience with a local florist. Stay away.
