LOVE this place!

I have been going here for a couple of years now - close to my office and convenient hours. I have run the gambit of services from waxing to mani to pedicure, and the ladies are great. Arthur is the star of the show, however, he never lets me down with my color or cut, and my hair looks great - thanks Art!

Really bad!!!

If you want acrylic nails done do not get them done here, I’ve been doing my nails for 15 years and I’ve never had such a bad service. The lady applied the acrylic and I could see that it was crystallizing and she had the cheek to say that it was due to the fact that my hands were too cold! No, in fact because I’ve been getting my nails done for so long I could see exactly what she was doing wrong and she was applying too quickly and her technique was so awful. I have lumps all over my nails and they are way too thin! I mentioned this to the lady and once again she made me feel that I was delusional…but guess what, once I left one of my nails fell off because she had filed it down too much (to the point that one of fingers starting bleeding)!….unbelievably bad poor service….I of course did not pay!

Two really bad experiences

I've tried this place twice and I will never go back. The manicurists attack your nails, won't even look at you and seem annoyed that you're there. They never say hello, good-bye, or interact with the customers in any way. They have you in and out in about 10 minutes and the whole time they're eating or shouting at each other. One of them cut me twice, never apologized, was moving around to music she was listenint to through her earbuds. They kept piling one dirty paper towel on top of another one and complaining about "lunch". It was just awful.

• Cons: The nail salon

OMG The best!

Over the years I have followed these guys through 4 different locations. This is talent! Color, cut, trim, mani, pedi (the BEST massage chairs!) and personalities. They are the best break-from-the-office in town!

• Pros: The most knowledgeable and talented
• Cons: They're so far downtown, may as well be in the harbor

Kooky but good

Strange place, they could write a sitcom about the characters here, but Arthur gives an AMAZING haircut. Great for color too.
