Great Groomer!

I was looking for a local place to take my 9 month old Wheaton puppy for his first hair cut and I was so nervous for someone to do it! I found Towne House around the corner from where I lived and I walked over with my pup just to see what they had to offer. They were super accomodating, were able to squeeze me in right then and there, and were genuinely concerned with making sure they got the first cut right. I was very specific and they followed directions to a T!

I am so grateful, they did such a great job and he was so happy when I went to pick him up.

THANK YOU so much to Towne House! We will be back!

Best groomers in NYC!!!

At Towne House on 19th St. everyone's very friendly to people and to pets, as well. I took my Bichon Frise to get groomed there and received a phone call after I had left to discuss the details of the grooming. They did exactly what I wanted, which is extremely rare--I've had terrible experiences with other groomers. They're very, very professional. I strongly recommend them to anyone who needs a superb groomer in the city.

Great Care for Your Pet

This is not really a "pet store". They have a long term relationship with a good breeder. After checking around, I had heard only positive things (i.e. - caring staff/owners, healthy purebred puppies) from multiple sources so when I visited, I ended up bringing home the most precious little puppy. He is wonderfully well behaved and the owners made me feel very welcome to use them for their expertise and advice on training and keeping my puppy healthy.

Most importantly, Towne House Grooming's priority seems to be making sure your pets are taken care of and happy. What more can you ask for? I will bring my puppy back to visit the staff and for all future grooming needs.

Great for cats!

Great great great! Our fat cat had some serious mats and they did a terrific job grooming him. Everyone was very pleasant, and our cat was actually in a good mood when he got home! (this is not usually the case after a trip out of the apartment!)

Great Folks...Great place

Great service, great care. Its a family run shop and everyone.. people and pets are treated like family. I know my dog is well taken care of. They know her well and she to them - that counts alot.

Nicest Pet Groomer ever

My dog has disabilities and he is treated like no other dog. The staff is warm, friendly and so very aware of the individual pets needs. You will not go wrong going here for all your pets' needs and grooming care...

Best Little Grooming Shop in NYC

They have an outstanding grooming staff. Proprietor and staff are always professional, knowledgeable and helpful. A truly wonderful experience for anyone lucky enough to use the services of this little gem in Chelsea. Go check it out, you will NOT be disappointed.
