Outstanding Service!

This is THE pro store in New York! The knowledge base is extensive in both retail and rental. The folks who work there are very accommodating. They spend the time to explain the equipment to you, which is just not found any where else. I cannot say enough good things about them!

Overpriced, Limited selection...

Prices are usually 20-30% over everywhere else, supposedly for the "great" service. However, the staff seems no more knowledgeable than any other shop in the city, just more arrogant. They seem honest, but overpriced, underinformed, and snobbish.

• Cons: Owner is arrogant, not that knowledgeable, and overpriced.
