Bad Service & Rude People

When I started using this service to clean my office it was greatfor about 3 months, and then the quality of the cleaning when down hill. The cleaning person started leaving our door unlocked and/or the alarm off. When I called to complain, which took about 3 times for me to get someone to call me back, they promised to retrain the person. The cleaning woman then came back and yelled at one of our employees for getting her in trouble. Its useless talking to anyone in their office since it doesnt change the quality of the service we are getting and they just seem annoyed when you call. Overall it was bad experience. Its not worth the cheap price if I have to waste my time cleaning up after the cleaning service.

teaches me a lesson - HORRIBLE

this experience taught me a lesson to listen to majority reviews.

After setting up a cleaning a week in advance, nobody showed, I called 1 hour later they had no idea what I was talking about and finally agreed to send a crew over. 1 person showed instead of the 3 promised without supplies and actually made more of a mess. They left a huge spot on my carpet. Old machine broke (didnt want that dirty thing in my office) and then had to wait again to let them back in to fix(late again).

payment wanted cash, even though told accept credit cards. didnt know extra charge for the credit card. this was reported to the better business bureau as I hire another service to redo most.

DO NOT USE!! WORST

should have known from the start when some rude guy talked to me on speaker phone with others in background. but needed a cleanup done and they were available.

crew showed up over 1.5 hours late without the right supplies. More time I wasted. Then they had no idea what was needed, so I wasted more time showing them.

horrible job. then they insisted i pay cash. all that and I had to clean it myself

The company staff pays close attention to detail. They make sure that everything appears like it should and what is paid for, is provided. Get an estimate - they are worth calling.

DO NOT USE

I requested that this cleaning service clean my empty studio apartment. When I returned to the apartment it was filthy!! The bathroom and windows not cleaned and the trim around the floor was black. I paid over $100 for this cleaning service to clean an empty apartment and it was NOT complete. I also called to complian and recieved a rude response. THere are many other good services avialable. SKIP this one.

EXCELLENT!! Highly recommend

Called them in a pinch at the last moment before my son's first birthday party.

The apartment needed cleaning up and we had formula stains on the couch and rugs. Quality called me right back. Came out and did an estimate (which was fair).

They even recommended using cleaners that were environmentally safe with no toxins (for the baby).

The staff arrived on time wearing uniforms and all able to communicate in english.

Did an unbelievable job in a short amount of time on the apartment and all the spots actually came out.

Have used them since for regular cleaning with same great results.
