Can you imagine staff that acts like they are doing you a favor? Can you also envision a manager (female - refused to give her name) that actually tried to insult a patron? Sounds like a bad episode of Seinfeld, but it's not. It's real life and it's how the staff here behaves. The food does NOT warrant abusive behavior by staff or random closing times (arbitrarily chosen by that same poorly-trained manager). If this sounds like I am angry, I am. My job is running a company that designs websites for restaurants. In other words - I LOVE great food and Ethiopian is scarce in Manhattan. I crave good Kitfo and these folks have ruined great food with service that goes beyond pitiful. They have done this to me many times and the result is this review. I won't be going back anymore AND I caution you not to go as well. They need a lesson and that lesson must come from the bottom line. I am saddened by this, but it is what it is.
Pros: In the past it was the food, but even that is sliding.
Cons: HORRIBLE service. Arrogant managers.
