I live in the city and eat regularly at many vegetarian restaurants. Walked by this one and decided to try it for carryout. The place is charming and clean and the service was friendly. Unfortunately, the food was not very good. Both my wife and I concurred that the place was subpar to say the least. The tiny veggie burrito left a taste in our mouth that did not go away all evening. I wish these people the best, but they must try a lot harder. Especially with all the other great veg places around.
- Pros: Nice decor
- Cons: Food
more than just vegan!

Cozy (and small) place with a variety of healthy choices, not just vegan and vegetarian, but including fish. Try one of their vegetable smoothies. Very reasonably priced for a place in the heart of the Village.

Stumbled upon this place on a Sunday morning after an intense night out. My stomach couldn't have been happier with its nutritious, hearty, whole-grain goodness brunch! I have been a regular since, and I have brought countless friends to experience the extensive veg. menu (includes a macrobiotic dish or two) and down to earth atmosphere. Extensive burger menu and tasty burritos. Only drawbacks are the unavailability of certain desserts, lack of alcohol, and the place seems understaffed. Despite this, I keep coming back!
- Pros: atmosphere, varitey, taste, value
- Cons: no alcohol, out of desserts, wait staff too busy during peak times

This place is a decent vegetarian restaurant that focuses on healthy food options. The food has been consistently good, but about 10% of the time they miss the mark. Their veggie burgers are tasty, and they have a good weekend brunch. Beware that this place can get very hectic on the weekends, and the staff isn't that responsive. They are pleasant enough, but they aren't good at refilling coffee/water. I have been told there is a 10 minute wait to sit, and a half hour later I decide to leave because they have forgotten about us.
- Pros: Decent food and prices
- Cons: Poor service
NOT TO BE MISSED!

I had brunch here with my friend recently and loved it! Probably the healthiest vegi omelette and potatoes I'll ever have other than what I would cook for myself! The service was very polite and everyone working there seemed happy! I really liked the decor--it had a lot of earth tones to it! The bread that comes to your table is healthy also! I can't wait to go back for dinner! Prices are very reasonable too!! And that never hurts!
- Pros: Great food, ambience, staff and cost!
- Cons: None!
Best Salmon with lemon herb spices ever!!!!

It is pretty small but they have great service and they recommend plates according to what you are looking to eat whether its very healthy or everyday healthy. The quesadillo appetizer was out of this world as well as the hammu dip in pitta bread. The salmon luch whether with garlic or lemon herb is fabulous and would recommend to anyone, the selection of vegetables that comes with it is not too varied and that's the only downside. The peanut butter tofu is very good, doesn't taste like tofu at all, more like cheesecake but creamier. Do not have the Mixed fruit cake, it is way too sweet and you cannot tell what the actual fruit is, I only noticied two fruits so I don't know if two fruits would make it a mixed fruit cake.
- Pros: best salmon luch ever!!!
- Cons: variety of veggies is not that great

This is a charming restaurant with excellent and healthy food. On a block with lots of great shops and restaurant it is definetly one of the best. The prices are quite low and the food will not only appeal to those who have aquired a tase for vegan foods. The desserts are rich, the vegetables fresh, and the fake meats succulent. I believe that the also have fish.
Be healthy here!

I almost don't want to rate this b/c I want it to remain a best kept secret...the food is great--it makes you feel good to eat well...definitely enough to fill you up..the salmon lunch special is amazing! the ambiance DOES need help, but you don't come here for that. enjoy!

Food is great. Healthy. Ambience needs much improvement, but not necessary. Place to go with friends for a casual bite to eat. Sad to see they are going cheesey with the new neon sign and cheap signs on the sidewalk. The place had more charm without them.
- Pros: Cheap, Healthy, Great taste
